Last time I stopped in to fill a prescription, the man was friendly and kind. I had to update my insurance and wait for the prescription to be filled. It only took about 2 minutes! He was so nice and helpful with advice on how to best take the medication. As a frequent customer, I get text messages when my regular prescription are auto-filled. Love the convenience!

I went to another pharmacy and they didnt have any of the alleged "insurance issues" as Anderson and I have had zero issues get my meds in a timely fashion BEFORE I run out. Overall a terrible experience. I tried to support a local private pharmacy but the cost and constant headache with mistake after mistake is not worth it.

Also the pharmacist used the N word on several occasions. I am filing a formal complaint with the Board of Pharmacy in Pennsylvania and the BBB , DEA, L+I and the Governor's Office.
