They have the most unprofessional staff at the Pottstown facility. Greg the pharmacist was extremely short with me and yelled at me in front of other customers. Then Bonnie started yelling too using profanities. I asked her if she treats all her patients this way and her response was "only ones like you". I asked her what that meant and both her and Greg blatantly ignored me like a child . I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this pharmacy. Then he unlawfully cancelled all of my preparations , not to mention he is a racist, bully and swindler who took my cash at least 200$ a month for meds that my insurance definitely covers. I am filling a complaint with the Pharmacy board of health Pennsylvania and the Dea and L+ I This pharmacy has broken so many laws including the employee bringing her 5-6 year old daughter to work with her all summer and sitting her in a chair not 5 feet away from the pharmacist counting out medication that could easily reach the child. Also the pharmacist used the N word on several occasions. I am filing a formal complaint with the Board of Pharmacy in Pennsylvania and the BBB , DEA, L+I and the Governor's Office.

Last two times I called in a refill which I call it in and ask for pick up time hours before I get there. Last time three hours later it wasn't done and had to wait they said ten minutes but was more like twenty minutes. This time I called it in a 9am. They said it would be done by 1pm. Got there at 3pm. They said they never got the call in and I could wait fifteen minutes. There have been other issues before this with my husband's prescriptions as well. So, every time I go there I know it will always be a bigger process then just simply picking up my Rx.

In the order form for the drugs it said they promised me the drugs at 11:35AM. I received them at 3PM. The lady on the phone seemed mad that I called and was wondering when the drugs would be ready. They have a sign that the customer should be nice and respectful. The pharmacy personnel should start with themselves. Last time I go there.

Once you answer initial screening questions, you'll have to make an appointment. The trickiest thing for me was to upload our insurance cards since I could not use texting options. Time limit of 20 minutes to register seemed long enough initially, but it became a fight against time since I had to take a photo of cards, crop them and upload them. Epic failure, but as the saying "If at first you don't succeed, try, try again!" goes, so I got my photos ready to upload, and then tried to make appointments again. Actual test was a drive-thru affair. You show up on the appointed time, drive up to the window, provider will go over necessary patient identification questions, double check your registration information, gives you test kits, and supervises your self-administering test process. She instructed us to deposit test tubes in a bin and told us the results will be ready in 1-4 days. You had to establish CVS account online when you received an email. We were so happy our negative results were posted in two days. Airline requires testing done within 72 hours of departure, and obviously 96-hr turn around wouldn't have worked... I think it's an expectation management technique. It all worked out at the end!

However, I thought, perhaps she had a problem with the person picking up in the other lane and I'd give it a shot when I went to pick mine up. NOPE! Same thing! I waited almost 10 minutes just to get my son's ONE prescription and that was after we had given them 2 hours to fill it! What the heck is so complicated about accepting, filling, and giving me my prescription?? We'll stick with CVS in the future. No more prescriptions from here for me!
