Despite charging the highest fees in the area, their work was subpar. I ultimately fired them after discovering that his son was only adding chemicals to the pool without even removing the leaves from the basket. I then scheduled another company to inspect the pool water quality, and the results were alarming: Calcium level: 80 ppm (should be between 200-400 ppm) Phosphate level: 500 ppm (should be between 0-125 ppm) Clearly, the previous service was not maintaining proper chemical balance. Their lack of honesty and professionalism left me no choice but to switch to a new pool cleaning service. Someone posted, "His son literally spent 4-6 minutes from arrival to departure (video proof)"--and that's absolutely true. I wish I had seen those reviews earlier so I wouldn't have wasted my money on such poor service. I also have video proof showing that his son spent less than 5 minutes from arrival to departure. Stay away from this company.

I am hoping that the company who Tracy sold the business to will do a better job, but I am not optimistic and will start searching for alternate providers.

It sparkles. I called on the weekend and Dennis (the owner) was at my house on Monday to asses the situation. On Tuesday my filter was cleaned, pool sweep optimized, and the correct chemicals added. The employee replacement (Juan) does a ok job, but have notice a hit & miss job within the past 30 days (February), as it usually takes the technician 15-20 minutes to service my pool/hotub, he has come and gone within 5 minutes, forgetting to brush bottom and sides of pool, changing pool catch, etc. Also, I tested the pool myself as I have strip kit I purchased from a different vendor (Leslie Pool Supply), the readings were way off as they put too much chemicals in the pool, I needed to verify this with another pool expert who came out and he confirmed exactly what I projected, K & D Quality Pools messed up my pool/hotub (look at attached picture) as you will see not normal to have these shampoo bubbles. The straw that broke the camels back is I get weekly service on Tuesday's well on 2/11 came and went, no service, no phone call message, no heads up, no text message, no email, just a flaky & unreliable company that doesn't know how to communicate with there valued & loyal customer. I kept my gate unlocked the entire day from 7am to 9pm, I was not happy about this. The research I have done, 80% of homeowners keep there side gates locked for security & liability reasons, this gives me peace of mind. Well, I get a phone call two days too late and they gave a lame reason of windstorm issue which I don't believe. Well, during that week I found a new company that is highly respected, that will start on March 1st, recommended by my client who has been very happy. K & D Quality Pools just lost a outstanding customer, which in this day & age must be difficult for them to retain there customers.
