The way they removed them was awful, first off I got in and was sat down, waited 10 mins and then they started on two nails. A someone else came in and then they sat me somewhere else and immediately started on the other group leaving me to sit for about 15-20 minutes. When they finally started, they grabbed a random acrylic nail and shoved it under the dip pulling it off my real nail. It was awful. They did not soften them at all. Everything else was okay but I left with my nails sharp and unevenly shaped; and it was quite overpriced for the service I received. Especially since the place I usually go to is way cheaper and waaay better service.

I forgot how nice the pedi massage chairs are while getting a nice and warm foot bath! The salon has a really calming atmosphere and the manicurists were very sweet and welcoming. Rose did my pedi and she was thorough and was sure to make sure that everything was comfortable and not too hot. The staff also makes sure that they offer drinks if you are thirsty. My manicurist did my nails while I was also getting my pedi. My nails are very thin, brittle, split easily and grow somewhat curved but they were both able to make them look so pretty! I will definitely be back and recommend them.

Maybe if she had paid more attention to her customer than whoever she was on the phone with she wouldn't have done such a bad job. Brow line was moved up over my brow and looks patchy, cut super short so I can't even brush it. I can't fix it because there's not enough left. No arch to it, either. Plus when I asked for a lip wax she waxed my LOWER lip? I have never, in the 20+ years I've been waxing, had anyone try to wax my lower lip. She also dang near ripped skin off my upper lip because she wasn't paying ANY attention to where she was putting wax. This was the WORST waxing experience I've ever had. Will never go back.

I originally booked a gel manicure but was talked into a builder gel manicure because I wanted to try the service. I've never been to this nail salon, this was my first time, and when I asked about the pricing since it was an up-charge from what I originally booked, I was met with laughter by her and a few of the other surrounding nail techs. They spoke in another language but I did hear her say under her breath "asked about the price", after she continued laughing. I knew at that moment that I wouldn't make another appointment and felt very uncomfortable in her chair. I was very disappointed because my nails, other than a few hiccup areas, did not turn out terrible. I did feel as though my appointment with her was rushed; and other than informing me of the price of the builder gel service and asking what color I wanted, she didn't seem as though she wanted my business, and rushed off right after she was done. I looked at the reviews before coming to this location but did not realize that there are a few postings of this nail salon with a few not so great reviews. Please take heed to what others are saying about this place, both good and bad, before you book a service and spend money at this business.
