Hands down, I love this place! They're always so quick to seat you, take your order, and get the food to you. I have a milk protein allergy and have had to ask for items without the cheese, milk, or butter and they have never messed it up! They have consistently been quite accommodating. It feels good to eat a well done meal with peace of mind. The prices are great, too, for good portions of food! The San Antonio Mexican Restaurant is a must if you're in the area!!! read more

I've been going here since I was a little kid and I can say that the food is good and the atmosphere is especially amazing. It probably has one of the most interesting interiors I have ever seen in a restaurant before. The service is pretty average. San Antonio's always offers fantastic service, the staff id always friendly and fast, even before the Covid-19 situation when I would dine-in at the restaurant, I never felt ignored or unwelcome as a guest. Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant in Independence. There is a reason this place is always busy, but the service is never lacking. The spicy salsa is the best around.
