Honest, helpful, prompt and caring. Happy with their care and understanding my needs to fulfill them. Thank you!

This is a great local florist and they do beautiful work. Highly recommend. Customer service is excellent.

Samuel's Florist was an absolute joy to work with. I wrote a note when I ordered, indicating that the flowers would be going to a household with cats, and received a call from the florist indicating that she was knowledgeable on pet-safe flowers thanks to her work with animal hospitals. This was unexpected, but so welcome - I have never experienced this level of care and follow-up for an online flower order before. The flowers came out beautifully, the recipient was delighted, and recipient's cats were able to exist peacefully with the flowers with no issues! I will be ordering from here again for sure. read more

My best friend's brother passed away this week and they reside in Burbank which is also my home city. I decided to go with a local florist in Burbank rather than a larger chain. I am glad I did. The flowers that were delivered were some of the most beautiful I have seen; just stunning. Thank you so much for putting in the details you did and making a sad situation slightly more happy with this arrangement. I will absolutely use them again. read more

I ordered a double orchid lei for my nephew's graduation. I spoke with Donna and she personally delivered the lei to our AirBnB (we were in town for the graduation) to ensure we would have it in time for the ceremony. Donna was very friendly, helpful, and I very much appreciated working with her while we staying in Burbank. read more

Samuel's Florist did another beautiful job. I always call or email to have flowers delivered asking for the florists creative take. My best friend had surgery and I wanted to send her some get well flowers. Some of my co-workers and managers wanted to do the same as we work together. I made a same day delivery order and when they were making the bouquets they didn't have enough of the sunflowers so they called me and asked if I would want to wait till tomorrow so more can be picked up or if they can use other flowers in addition to the sunflowers. I choose the additional flowers and when they sent me the "bloomsnap" I was thrilled on how beautiful both bouquets looked. I knew they would be beautiful but I didn't know how beautiful. I will definitely order from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful arrangement. read more

I can't say enough about this place. With all the restrictions going on, I wasn't even sure I could get flowers delivered. Samuel's is taking all precautions to make sure all requirements are being followed. I called on a Wednesday and flowers were delivered on Thursday before noon. I needed an arrangement, agreed on the cost including delivery. There's always a hesitation when ordering over the phone, but Samuel's did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful and so much more than I expected. Thank you Samuel's for making my friends day so much better and for taking the time to make me feel at ease. I will be using Samuel's Florist in Burbank for all my floral needs in the future. read more

Flower delivery in the time of covid-19 done right. Not only were the flowers beautiful but the non-contact deliveryperson was masked and wearing gloves. The owner had left me a voicemail telling the flowers were coming so we knew what to expect. In these strange times, samuel's is still providing wonderful flowers and great service. Thank you to everyone at Samuel's (and my mom for sending them, ha!) for sending a little sunshine our way. read more

My mother's birthday was last Saturday, and I was so bummed about not getting to see her in-person due to the coronavirus quarantine that I searched the internet for a florist delivery option nearby on the day of. Every option was either closed or couldn't do same day delivery, except for Samuel's Florist. I submitted my order online right before they closed, and about an hour later I received an email stating that they didn't have the exact flowers that were pictured in the arrangement I paid for, but they would still ensure that the arrangement was beautiful and comparable to the price I paid. Honestly, I think the arrangement they delivered was even more beautiful than the one I paid for. They truly went above and beyond to deliver something stunning, and the delivery was on time, same day. I'm sure they're struggling with supply logistics and overhead costs during the quarantine, but I was so thoroughly impressed and grateful for the care they put into my mom's arrangement that I had to leave this review. Thank you so very much, and I hope more people think about supporting small businesses like Samuel's during this time while sending a bit of cheer to the ones they're missing. read more

What can I say? Donna provides consistently beautiful arrangements that are reasonably priced. I have ordered several arrangements and funeral sprays from Samuel's. We live on the other side of the state, so trusting that the job will be done right is a big deal. I have been so impressed by the care Donna puts into each arrangement. She talks to you about the person the flowers are for and makes it a very personal process. She even sends a photo of the arrangement so that you can see what you are buying. I recommend them without any reservations. They are the only florist I would use in this area. read more

Donna Came to the Rescue! I went to visit my brothers grave site at Forest Lawn. It was early on a Thursday morning and I was expecting the flower sellers to be lined up on Forest Lawn Drive. They were not there. I was shocked. So I drove up and down Olive looking for a flower shop. Either I was too early and they were not open yet or they moved or they closed but really after 6 tries I found this place. Donna made me an exceptional looking bouquet and we added some candy bars in addition for relatives and friends that would visit later. A little more costly than the flowers sellers outside of Forest Lawn but really a whole lot better. Terrific people, a real fair price and some amazing flowers. read more

Samuel's Florist was recommended to us for ordering funeral pieces from out of state. We ordered 2 large floral pieces. Pictures of the floral arrangements were emailed to us prior to the floral delivery. We were well pleased when we arrived for the wake. They were so beautiful. Samuel's Florist also prints the banners so you can write anything you would like to go with the flowers, i.e. a special sentiment including a beloved nickname. Outstanding customer service from Donna!!! I am in San Diego and wanted to send my dear friend a birthday arrangement. I called and sent her a picture of what I liked. Awful phone service! I was surprised since previous reviews had mentioned otherwise. The lady who took my call was rude, and short. After I relayed that I wasn't from the area, had seen some of the sample pictures on yelp and website plus needed a flower delivery--her reply was "we only deliver in Burbank for same day orders". She continued by explaining that they didn't have available any of the arrangements shown online and only mixed flowers of $50, $75 and maybe more. She was very fast in describing the types of flowers. After asking if they came in a vase and what type she laughed at my question. She said it was a standard vase. I further inquired about what style: short, tall, thin, etc--she continued laughing and said a standard vase. Overall terrible customer service. Regardless of how amazing previous reviews have been my experience with this lady was enough to deter me from moving forward. She did not convey professionalism, which trickled down to feeling untrustworthy about how the arrangement would come out if I ordered from them. I wish I would have asked her name since this terrible experience stemmed from her alone and not another employee or the company itself. read more
