He was so kind and compassionate and thoroughly explained the issues ave the procedure he would perform. The procedure ended up being far more intense and difficult than originally anticipated because of the depth of the roots of my sons teeth so Dr Vancil was not able to extract any of the teeth but he instead had to cut out each individual tooth! He made my son feel as comfortable as possible and able to withstand the procedure. ! We are beyond thankful for his expertise and compassion and how he handled every aspect of this whole process! Dr Vancil is the best dentist and we highly recommend him whether you need routine dentistry or have major issues like my son did. His staff is also excellent and represent him so well. When I finally spoke to somebody they didn't care at all and offered appointments three months later. They made it very clear that it was our fault for not confirming our upcoming appointment in the 61 minute window they gave us. We signed forms to transfer our records to another pediatric dentist, submitted them and they never did it despite confirming receipt of the request. Our new pediatric dentist called Kwons for the records several times and finally got somebody to actually answer. They introduced themselves and said they needed to request our records, Kwons office just hung up on them and didn't even talk to our new dentist! We had to redo X-rays at the new dentist that had been done two months earlier at Kwons because they have not transferred the records. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe our experiences at Kwons. Dr Kwon should really look at his staff and realize that his name and reputation are directly tied to their attitudes, patient treatment, and actions (or lack of). Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache of this place.
