I recently switched to DeMercy Dental after going somewhere else for 22 years after I read such stellar reviews and we wanted to be in the Cigna network. Wow, this office lives up to it's reviews and more. They are professional in that they explain everything monetarily about your procedure and present you with a sheet to take home so you know how much the procedure will be. Dr. Kossick is AMAZING. She explains everything and is so knowledgeable about her craft. But the best part is how incredibly comfortable you are from the minute you walk in. It's like you are visiting family. Everyone is so relaxing and fun but professional. Usually these 2 don't mix! Dr. Kossick worked together with Dr. Glass to save my tooth and get a new crown. Like someone in another review mentioned, I never felt any pain after the novacaine wore off. Kristina, Dr. Kossick's assistant was fantastic! What I also love about this office is that my children can go here too so I don't have to go to 2 offices anymore. The staff at DeMercy Dental are wonderful, so very efficient and always are so happy! Dr. Demercy and Dr. Kossick are the best dentists I have ever been too. I live in Milledgeville,Ga but drive all the way to Roswell so that I can go to DeMercy Dental. Any time you have any problem they see you right away! My granddaughter fell off her scooter and broke her two front teeth during the shelter in place. My daughter called and left a message and within 5 minutes Dr. Kossick returned her call, did Facetime to assess the injured teeth and went to the office the next day to fix my granddaughters teeth! I have never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seen. They are highly automated, which is nice. Both doctors and the staff have a great bedside manner. They provide options, and have recommended to me when not to do something based on the cost and benefit. They do not overcharge, and work out the logistics with the insurance company (so I don't need to). The only challenge I have is getting early morning appointments. They are often taken up well in advance. I sometimes need to come in mid-day if I want to be seen on short notice. I have been highly impressed with DeMercy Dental. read more

Terrific practice. Dr. DeMercy is very skilled, and painless! Dr. Kossick is following in her father's footsteps. Also an excellent dentist. I've been a patient for almost 10years and I have nothing but praise for them. Between myself, my husband, son, and mother, we've had extractions, crowns, fillings, deep cleanings, partial plates. I was visiting Atlanta after having some dental work in Texas and went to this dentist for some pain that I was having from my previous dental work. I received excellent service. When I called they immediately fitted me into their schedule and there was no wait time once I arrived. The staff were all very polite and they made sure I was comfortable and tried finding the problem without causing more pain. After going here for many years, I AM DONE! I recently got on Medicare and they told me they were out of my network so I researched the other providers and am happily now at Crabapple Smiles! Dr. Kossuth looked at my cracked root canal tooth and said I needed a crown for $2000! I went to CS for a FREE exam and X rays and Dr. Tayee said there wasn't enough tooth there to support a crown and recommended a bridge or removal denture! I decided on the denture.
