They're all very funny but also very nice and calm I had to get a little surgery at first I was scared but after all its fine

I have been seeing Dr. Ahdout for a few years. He is a great dentist. I was referred here by Dr. Hakimi after leaving LA county. Dr. Hakimi still works here on Mondays too which is great. Both doctors are great and I trust them fully with my dental health. Receptionist is also great. Everyone here is friendly and easygoing. I would highly recommend this office. I never have problems getting appointments, even for last minute issues. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Abdout for more than 3 years now. I first came to see him because I had pretty serious gum disease that make gum receding and risk to loose a tooth. Dr.Abdout performed gum grafting for me and oh my god since then all my gum and teeth problems that i had repeatedly have been gone. Now three years later, i am still happy and trust him to provide good care for my teeth and gum so I come regularly. I was thinking i was always worried about dentists maybe they just want to remove my teeth, but dr. Abdout tried to save my tooth. I just forgot to write him a review years back so now I am writing. He is very skillful and pleasant and honest dentist. read more

What kind of Periodontist decides it's time to pull teeth and do bone grafts in less than a minute without looking at any medical history or x-rays? Well that would be Saied Samuel Ahdout. If you want to feel like a piece of meet with an empty wallet then you've come to the right guy - go see Saied Samuel Ahdout. He will be rude, make it obvious he only wants to start doing anything that gets the charges started and not fully disclose all you're in store for. Unethical, deceitful and to be avoided. read more

Thankful for Dr. Ahdout, Dr. Hakimi and Dr. Ahdout's staff. Professional, considerate service. Quality through and through! I'm happy to know them and would recommend them freely to anyone needing periodontal treatment. Merci!!! read more

I changed from another clinic because of a very bad experience. Thanks to Dr. Ahdout, I am much more comfortable with my treatment. They respect you and never ever make you wait. The receptionist is kind and the overall atmosphere is amazing. At a previous another clinic, I was asked to come back multiple times because the doctor was missing which is ridiculous. With Dr. Ahdout, I never experienced any inconvenience. Happy with my implant treatment. read more

Dr. Ahdout is quite picky on the patient from my feeling. Add more cost like irrigation or something else as well. So not good experience over all. read more

All my family members see Dr. Ahdout. We moved to San Diego and drive over an hour and a half to see him because he's fabulous. I'm a long time patient and being older I have had a lot of procedures. I'm always happy with the results. His work is flawless. read more

We came to see Dr Ahdout as a 2nd opinion after being told by another periodontist that expensive, dangerous (for a hemophilic patient) surgery was the only option with an out of pocket cost (after insurance) that was over $9,000. He examined the patient (my wife), and very quickly announced that her gums are actually in terrific shape and surgery is not needed or recommended at all! He pooh poohed the idea that the other office had made it seem so necessary, in fact. Instead, we got a prescription toothpaste with extra flouride, and will have our regular dentist do a quick sealant for what turned out to be "toothbrush recession," on a minor scale not even close to needing surgery. Thank you Dr. Ahdout for your honesty and your direct but charming way of sharing info. If we ever do need something periodontal (I may in the near future), you will be our first call! read more

I usually don't have good experiences with dentists but Dr. Ahdout was FANTASTIC!! He is honest, knowledgeable & thorough. I didn't experience any of the pain or anxiety that normally accompanies my dentist appointments. He even called me the night of my procedure to make sure my recovery was going smoothly. Would highly highly recommend! read more

Dr. Samuel was nice and explained the problem with my gums but the manager/wife was soooo rude and unprofessional! I tried talking to Dr. about it but she never gave him my message. People like her make you not want to EVER go back again and I'm definitely never going back again. read more

I searched and found Dr. Ahdout's office on Google and could not have been happier. I needed a gum graft because of a monroe piercing I had in for 5 years and it gave me severe gum rescission. The concept of this surgery sounded so painful and worried me for a while. Dr. Ahdoubt and his warm staff made it an easy, PAIN FREE and enjoyable procedure. My tooth looks amazing and I'm still so WOW'd by the fact that this was all done and completely healed in 2 weeks! They also took care of all the finances with my insurance and I just had to pay a small fee out of my pocket. No hidden fees! I would definitely go back and/or refer his practice to anyone who needs the surgery. Thank you Dr. Ahdoubt! I can now say I have perfect teeth and healthy gums! :) read more

Worst place ever. The deep cleaning service was so rough & done in 10 minutes. The doctor also made some racist comments. Never make the mistake of going here. read more

As a student with student loans they were very accommodating with their prices and provided outstanding service!

I was recently referred to Dr Ahdout for a dental implant procedure. I just had my sinus lift and implant done 2 weeks ago, so I am still in the process, but so far I am very happy. The actual procedure was very quick and virtually pain free. His office staff is friendly and accommodating by giving me appointments to fit my busy schedule, even on Saturdays. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking about getting a implant. read more

I was referred to Dr. Ahdout by my dentist. I went to his facilities for an implant and was notified by his nurse and his office worker that I would have to pay certain amount from that as an out of my pocket expense. They took all the cost of my teeth from me. About four months after I went to his office for the last time to install the implant. In the middle of the procedure when I was sitting in the dental chair he said, you should pay $250.00 more for the cost of the implant. Even they took all their money from me, I was told to sign a blank invoice in the middle of his work. I was left with no reasonable alternative but to agree given his present dental needs, immobility and inability. I am not satisfied with what he did on my teeth and the extra money he got. read more

Dr. Ahdout provided a great experience when I visited. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease during my appointment. He even checked in on me after and answered all the questions I had. I was referred to Dr. Ahdout by my local Dentist in Irvine who happened to know Dr. Ahdout pretty well. I was told by my dentist that one of molars was pretty much hopeless and there was no chance of saving it. Dr. Ahdout took about 10 -15 minutes completely explaining the implant process which was both educational and informative. I was pleasantly surprised and decided to go for it. My implant process was completed about 2 months ago and I couldn't be happier. Also the staff and the payment plan was top notch. Another amazing thing I found out was that Dr. Ahdout gets almost 100% of his patients thru referrals which is pretty awesome. Excellent Work Dr. Ahdout! read more

I have had periodontal problems all my life, it runs in the family....I have, unfortunately, been to see Dr. Ahdout many times and I must say I've never enjoyed my visit....that said, I wouldn't trust any other periodontist with the care of my gums....Dr Ahdout is very warm and friendly, he really shows a genuine concern for your problem. His staff is very friendly especially his surgical assistant, she really puts you at ease. I find Dr. Ahdout to be very thorough; checking and rechecking his progress and continually concerned for your comfort....Was just in to see Dr. Ahdout today for another procedure so I'm sitting on the couch recuperating it's 7:25 PM and just got a call from him; chatted for a few minutes with him, he didn't rush me off, "Just checking to make sure you're doing okay and that you're not in any pain" he said..... read more

Dr Ahdout is the BEST. almost 20 years ago, he saved one of my teeth that the dentist said I would lose and it is still going strong. I made the mistake of going with a different dentist, and what a mistake. Would take too long to type all the crap that I went through, but I am back with Dr Ahdout and I trust him 100% with my mouth. Suffice it to say that if I stayed with him all these years, I would have saved over $10K. It was a hard lesson to learn. Great to be back! read more

I went to Dr. Ahdoot office about a year ago; around June 2018. My wisdom tooth was broken and another one next to it had a crack in the root. He pulled out both and placed in implant for me. The process took about 7 months over all. In Feb 2019 I put the crown on the implant and so far I don't have any problems. Dr. Ahdoot and his office manager and assitant were very helpful and professional. I was very happy for the process and very happy with the outcome. Thank you very much for a job well done. read more

Dr. Ahdout has been the best find for me. After having my 4th child my gums started getting inflamed they were burning with lesions and everyone said to get my hormones checked and see a periodontist...which I did...2 of them...and all my hormones and labs were fine and the dentists said they had no idea. To my frustration I saw Dr. Ahdout who found that I had Oral Lichen Planus...he has been treating me for going on 2 years now and just yesterday after 2 weeks of aching TMJ pain he squeezed me in Saturday morning to look. He gave me the most painful (And I say that in a good way) oral massage to I think pull my jaw straight or whatever he did. But in the course of 24 hours....I'm fine. It's so strange cause this pain has been going on for a month but has been excruciating for the last two weeks and to finally be at a faint ache is a miracle. My jaw is not grinding and my teeth are not sore (i think it was jaw that was sore but it sure felt like my teeth) He is my savior and really a wonderful honest man! See you in December Dr! read more

Got my gum grafts a week ago. Was pretty freaked out but it was pretty painless- and they had a TV over my head to help keep me distracted. Bonus!! Dr. ahdout is great and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. The stitches on the roof of my mouth were annoying but they healed nicely and going for final check up next week. Have to do another area of my teeth in the future and am sure I will come back! read more

I saw Dr. Ahdout regarding my first Tooth replacement. I was nervous about the whole process of a tooth being removed and getting an implant. Dr. Ahdout and his staff were very thorough with the timing and cost at our first meeting. All along the way the office was always nice and professional. Every appointment was confirmed! I highly recommend Dr. Ahdout and his staff, it is my opinion that they really want to do a great job for you and take the extra step to make sure you are satisfied. I was referred to Dr Ahdout by my general dentist for 2 implants for my 2 of my front teeth. I lost my two teeth after having braces on almost 5 years. I was really scared of what the replacements would look like since I have seen people with false teeth that don't look to good. After my consultation with Dr. Ahdout he agreed with my general dentist that implants were my best option. He was very profesional and took his time to explain the pros and cons of implants.I decided to go forth with the surgery. I was very surprised to receive a call from Dr. Ahdout himself the night of the surgery to see how I was doing. He called again a few days later. I saw my general dentist a few days later and she was very pleased with the placement of the implants. About 4 months later I had my crowns made and I couldn't be happier. They look nice and overall natural. Thank you Dr. Ahdout! read more

Dr. Ahdout has performed two major oral surgeries on me including a wisdom teeth extraction. He does great work. I had a wonderful experience and a short recovery time. Patient Beware... I received a referral from my regular dentist to Dr. Ahdout's office. When I made an appointment for my consultation I asked if there was a fee and the office staff said no. I went to my appointment and I must say Dr. Ahdout and his staff were very friendly, but the suggested treatment plan was expensive, $6,455.00. I made an appointment for surgery, but when I got home, I realized I should probably get a 2nd independent opinion from a Periodontist that had no ties to my HMO dental plan. I was astonished that the Periodontist in Newport Beach quoted a $4,725.00 treatment plan. I had the Dr. perform the surgery and it became apparent that Dr. Ahdout wanted to over treat and over bill. The thing that was most upsetting about the situation is that his office billed my insurance company $181 for the consultation after I was told there was no fee and I had to pay out of pocket what the insurance company did not cover. My advice is to absolutely get a second opinion. read more
