My visit was with Dr Pierce. I saw they offered CBCT scans with a doctor visit, X-rays, and cleaning. In addition I was having cold sensitivity for a back tooth. There was a very nice young lady who did the X-rays, cbct scan and another device that took a picture of the interior of the mouth. That's pretty amazing. Dr. Pierce went above board in trying to find out why I had sensitivity from cold. I was impressed with the time it took. in addition to reviewing all my teeth and anything he thought was necessary, or to watch. He showed me that the one tooth could be too high. He made an adjustment in that tooth. After I had a dental cleaning. The dental assistant did the polishing. She may be new at this, so may still be learning. Then the hygienist came in and used a lazer sonic cleaning at the gum lines. After she scraped at the teeth where you generally can get plaque. She did a good job, and at the same time I felt she could be a little better within her technique with handling your mouth. I asked that they use some lip ointment so the lips would not be so dry. I didn't have any major work done, but I feel Dr. Pierce is qualified and know what he's doing. Read other reviews to get a better understanding of any dental work. I would recommend them. read more

I have spent more than my fair share of time in a dental office, and I kept hearing how great this place is...they have the best technology, great staff, and it's a painless process both literally and figuratively....and its incredible that they exceeded my high expectations! I had an implant put in and it was almost too easy, i was in and out in less than an hour. I had no pain during, and no pain after. Dr Pierce is clearly passionate about his work and very friendly, his staff, Irina & Jasmine were both fantastic. If this was the typical dentist experience, than going to the dentist would not be considered a chore. Go here if you need an implant! I cracked both my front teeth as a child and had a bad root canel on my right front tooth, which led me to needing an extraction and an implant. I went to another dentist who attempted to place an implant 4 times, and each time, they failed. He told me it couldn't be done and recommended a temporary front tooth. I was referred to Dr. Pierce by a cardiologist I work with because he performs CT guided robotic oral implants. What an amazing experience! Because he uses a robot, he was able to place the implant true center and straight with a minimal incision. Afterwards, I only received 1 stich, had almost no pain, and didn't even need to take pain meds. What a difference from the other 4 times I had oral surgery. I will never have another implant done anywhere else. He takes his time to explain everything and answers all of my questions. The office staff are all so friendly and perfesional. I found this place by miracle, I had a hard time finding a dentist with all the lock downs and ended up finding this one on yelp. I had an infected broken tooth that needed to be pulled and when it comes to pain I'm a huge baby so I was extremely nervous to have it pulled. Everyone from the amazing woman at the front desk Ginnie to the RDA Joe and especially dr. Pierce made me feel at ease and made sure I was comfortable before the procedure. A review two years in the making. Shortly after our free evaluation in 2020, our family looked at several options presented given my mother's unique dentistry needs, all with extraction and bone grafting, from lowest cost to highest: [1] Basic Dentures. [2] Upper Full Denture, Lower Arch - 2 Implants + Overdenture (Snap-On). [3] Upper Arch - All On 4 w/ Acrylic Teeth, Lower Arch - All On 4 w/ Zirconia Teeth, (8 Implants). We decided against just doing dentures without implants because we wanted better biting retention without reliance on using daily adhesive. We decided to pursue the removable denture with implants option as it would allow my mother to easily clean the denture and maintain good oral hygiene with a simple saline mouth rinse nightly. We inquired further regarding the possibility of additional implants and the cost. Responding specifically on my mother's needs via email, Dr Pierce said "4 implants is the minimum number of implants required for an upper arch overdenture. The additional implants are for stability and more importantly, retention. The upper arch requires 4 implants for enough retention strength to resist the chewing forces. Additionally, 2 implants would create an uneven balance in the upper arch because the bony ridge in the posterior isn't tall enough to provide support. Whereas, the bony ridge in the posterior on the lower arch is prominent enough to provide support for the overdenture. All follow up visits and necessary adjustments are included in the treatment plan. We will ensure that your mother is 100% satisfied with her restorations prior to completing her case." This last statement on "satisfaction" would be echoed throughout our follow up visits with Dr. Pierce. Given the revised treatment plan and the pricing quote on additional implants, we found that instead of 2 implants that we could afford to do 6 additional implants for a total of 8 implants (4 on the lower and 4 on the upper). The pricing for overdentures on the upper and lower arch with 8 implants was much more affordable than the "All On 4" Upper and Lower Arches quote we had been presented earlier. The first treatment phase my mother went through was the teeth extraction, bone grafting and implanting. This was perhaps the most traumatic for her, not because of any fault of Dr Pierce but rather the self-resignation that every tooth needs to be extracted, both the good, the bad and the ugly. This phase took about 3 months if I recall correctly. You do not want to rush this part as the bone graft material successfully integrating in the bony ridge is critical for osseointegration of the implants (as we see later). During this period of time, my mother was on a soup/porridge and liquids diet; she supplemented her diet with Glucerna shakes. The next phase was attaching the dental abutment to the dental implants and getting impressions for the overdentures. A week later, the wax dentures came in from the lab and were presented to my mother for an initial fitting and 2 weeks after that the final overdentures came in; some minor adjustments were made by Dr Pierce, shaving material to ensure a comfort-fit on the bony ridge of the upper and lower arches. This might have been the end of my review had my mother loved the look of the overdentures. But she did not. I thought they looked great but she looked at my teeth and said she wanted the upper teeth to look more like mine. Remember that word "satisfaction" from earlier? Dr Pierce said not to worry and the next few visits we had new overdentures just the way my mother had envisioned, both in look and in function. She could eat solid foods again, pain-free, which was a marked improvement in the quality of life from before teeth extraction. And for a time she was able to enjoy eating... But about 6 months later, my mother started experiencing pain again in her mouth later identified as localized to one of the implants on the upper arch. After taking x-rays, Dr Pierce determined that one of the implants had failed osseointegration (a possibility with any implant procedure) and that an infection had developed. Also, the x-ray showed another implant appeared to be failing even though there was no pain yet. Dr Pierce explained that instead of removing the implant and bone grafting to the same area, he could simply implant both to another area of the upper arch where there was satisfactory bone density and that would result in a quicker completion time. The overdenture would be modified to relocate the retentive caps so they would sit properly on the new implants. The silver lining was that there would be no extra cost for us and so we found this to be a satisfactory plan and were thankful that Dr Pierce was true to his promise of our satisfaction of his work. After several more months and several follow up visits after that, it appears the implants are holding and my mother couldn't be happier eating and smiling again. Super neat, clean, sleek and futuristic. Equipment: Everything seems to be over the top high tech stuff. No paper, all digital stuff. X-ray to the screen to see the result in front of your eyes. Where do I even start? I've never heard of this place before and only found out about it because of a friend who said I should come here because they are Vet friendly. As soon as I walked in, I was amazed by how clean and beautiful this office looks. It really looks like it was built yesterday. Seeing this, I thought I wasn't going to be able to afford whatever sort of services they offered because it looks so hi-tech. But I was so wrong. I first got 3 different X-rays with different devices so that Dr. pierce could see my current situation as well as make a visual evaluation of my teeth. He is very friendly, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable about anything dentistry. You can tell he knows exactly what he is doing and is extremely passionate about his craft. After a full eval and plan of action what to do next, he mentioned that I could do implants and that he uses a state of the art machine that can do an implant in 10 minutes. In addition he mentioned that he teaches other dentists how to use the machine so if I was willing to let other dentists observe the procedure, he could subsidize the cost. I ended up paying a fraction of the original quote and I'm still in shock that I was able to afford this treatment. I met so much of the staff while here and everyone is so friendly and professional. You can tell that everyone enjoys working here which is a rare sight at any dental office I've been to. Expect everyone to treat you with respect and without judgement. After talking to the wonderful ladies up front(Maria and Ginnie), they went over the pricing with me and we were able to proceed with scheduling! I came to Pierce Aesthetics to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed as well as corrective work that was done by another dentist who left me with major sensitivity and less-than desirable results. After my procedure, I can fairly say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the care and attention that I received even before I stepped past the door (phones calls, text reminders, etc.). Everything from the facility itself, to the staff, to the treatment has been immaculate. Pricing was also fair (or maybe it's cause of my insurance? Either way, I was totally content with my bill). The exams/procedure never felt rushed and I always left feeling well taken care of and with ultimate trust in Dr.Pierce and his team. Furthermore, this office is unbelievably hi-tech and modern. I'm an invisalign and dental implant patient at Pierce Aesthetics. They are AMAZING! I've been a patient of Dr Pierce for over five years. I followed him from his old office to this new one. I honestly cannot be more satisfied with the service that have been provided. My orthodontist, Dr Dang also is at Pierce Aesthetics (also from previous office). I started Invisalign in July 2020 - it was delayed by covid. Its been only three months and I can see already see a big change. This is my first orthodontic adventure. I never needed it before until my teeth shifted so that they were no longer aligned with my implant on my front bottom tooth. Since you can't move the implant, and I got it 14 years ago, the Invisalign will move my teeth back to when I was 14 years younger...and I will literally have PERFECT teeth! I'm really excited to go through this process with the dental team that I feel is really excellent. I am scared of Dentists. I am only a tiny bit nervous with Dr Pierce and his staff. That's saying A LOT because before the Pierce Aesthetics, the Dentist had to prescribe me a valium to take for my appointment. This is no longer the case!! I appreciate the tech saaviness of the online forms, digital xrays and scans. Not surprised to see Pierce Aesthetics with 5 star rating. The overall office design is modern and minimalist, very much my taste. I had an extremely entertaining / pleasant experience from start to finish, I look forward to my next visit in 6 months (doubt many could say that). Kelly at the front desk is outgoing and makes you feel welcomed. She seems like she would be able to strike up a conversation with anyone. Dana the hygienist made sure I was comfortable frequently but not annoying. She's funny/goofy and lightens the mood, since seeing the dentist can be nerve racking for some. Dana was also very delicate and precise in my mouth, I finished with clean teeth and no pain! My childhood dentist would always hurt me and I would hate going in for cleanings. Met Dr. Pierce as I was finishing up to go over the overall condition of my teeth. He's younger but I prefer it that way. If someone is going to do extensive work in my mouth I want someone with the hand dexterity to do so. I know some dentists try to get you to do all sorts of procedures and try to get you to spend money, Dr. Pierce is definitely not one. The session started with having panoramic x-ray to check the positions of my molars. Joe, one of the guys there was also nice to assist me with that. Hey Joe! I think you're cool too!. Met Dr. Pierce again for the 3rd time. Just a recap of all my procedures here at Pierce Aesthetics: 1st: Consultation and cleaning. 2nd: Ceramic Inlay/Onlay and fillings. 3rd: Wisdom tooth removal. All of those sessions were flawless. We have no complaints. Everyone was just as nice as Dr. Pierce. Ginnie and Maria were also easy to talk to. You'll know that they're on your side. We love those two! 3rd session: I got all (4) wisdom removed On the Wisdom removal, Dr. Pierce started with a discussion while showing my x-rays stating that since my molars were in good position and that it will be fairly easy to do and he did a damn good explanation of what he was going to do. I couldn't follow most it, but it all translated in my tiny brain as "You're fine!, everything's good, we'll take care of it". It was very reassuring and after the procedure, He also gave verbal instructions, what to do and what not to do. What to look for and what to expect. I got lost as usual. I can only hold four instructions at max, but the good thing about it is that they'll give you a piece of paper that says all instructions on just in case you forget. Ginnie and Maria, also automatically scheduled me for a follow up after two weeks. But as of right now. I feel great, was not painful as I expected and I feel like I didn't pay as much as the service that I got. Great experience consistent with the other reviews. I want to start by giving some appreciation to the staff. I initially spoke with Maria. She picked up right away, was kind and patient and answered all my questions before and after the appointment. Jasmine the technician (forgive me I don't know the proper term) was also incredibly kind and compassionate and put me at ease. Dr. Pierce himself clearly sets the tone and to me appears to have a passion for his work and clearly treats his patients the way he would want to be treated as a person; besides having robust expertise in his field. His provided excellent explanation of problems and every possible option while being kind, understanding, and pragmatic throughout. It became apparent that it was time for me to go to the dentist and have a bunch of work done, so I was looking for someone who offered IV sedation and they do! I just got dental insurance, which I was super excited about because I've been wanting a good cleaning, braces, and whitening! I came across Pierce Aesthetic's and was really impressed with how interesting and modern the office looked on their pictures so I decided to try them out. Turns out they accept my insurance, which is Delta PPO, so that worked out great (fyi, most PPO plans are accepted too). When I arrived to my appointment my first impression was, WOW!! It's really not your ordinary dental office. The espresso machine/coffee bar was a nice touch and super yummy. I got to indulge a little bit while I filled out my forms on the iPad. The receptionist was very sweet and welcoming. When I was called in by the assistant, Joe, he made sure I was comfortable and showed me how to turn on the dental chair seat warmer and massage while I got my xrays taken!! Yes, heat + massage... in a dental office ?! Im always cold, so I absolutely loved how this office has heated chairs. Dr. Pierce then came in to introduce himself and did the exam, which did not feel rushed at all. He was thorough and easily explained what we could do next. Not once was he rushed out the door to see his next patient nor difficult to understand. My cleaning with the hygienist was quite pleasant and well needed (thank you Norma!) I really appreciate how friendly and genuine everyone was at this office. I will be returning to continue my treatment and definitely looking forward to having a consultation for braces with their orthodontist. Dr. Pierce is the most professional and thorough dentist I have been to by far! I have vertigo and he and the rest of the staff are so patient and kind to me. The office is so clean and beautiful inside. He has definitely gained a long-term patient! I highly recommend him. read more
