If I could leave 0 stars I would. First I'd like to mention that they have an automated AI assistant to make appointmen for you RED FLAG #1. I Schedule my appointment for 04/21, I get a call a few days later saying I can't show up for my appointment BC the specialist I need is not in everyday, meaning the AI assistant can't help you figure that out. So the receptionist sets my appointment for 5/8 almpst 3 weeks later than my original appointment, I get another call unfortunately I wasn't able to answer they leave a voicemail, voicemail says i can respond to a text I'll be receiving, text message says they have an appointment available for 5/6 at 1pm or 4pm. I respond to the text within 5-7 mins replying I can make it in at 4pm. I come to said appointment time. The receptionist says appointment is booked for someone else I said how come you guys didn't text back that the appointment was no longer available she says AI must've booked it within the time I didn't respond within the FIVE minutes I didn't respond. I try calling to make sure I can come in but the AI machine can't help. So annoying TBH read more

Was looking for a periodontist in my area and decided to give this office a try had great reviews. First impression really nice sweet staff clean office. The assist that took my x-rays was nice sweet gentle. Dr.Lu is understanding he hurt my concerns. Didn't push me to do treatmentgave me all the options. My dentist referred here for germs treatment. All the employees are always kind and very helpful. They did return call so fast all the times. The employees always seem to be in harmony with each other. The best part is that the dentist Lu never asks for unreasonable treatment and only explains in detail what is absolutely necessary. My daughter came in for mouth tissue graft procedure and was very nervous with anxiety. They were able to give her something to calm down which helped her relax within the hour. He and his office deserves a 10 star rating. They kept me aware of his schedule and how long the wait would be the whole time. Very polite and nice front office staff. Liz checked in on me before Doctor Lu was ready for me and verified that she had my x-rays sent over. Dr. Lu was so nice, very personable and gave me all my options for my tooth. He gave me his opinion and discussed what would happen along the way with the entire process. I trust Dr. Lu even after only 1 meeting. I got all 4 of my Wisdom Teeth removed and I am very satisfied because they informed me what to expect before, during and after the surgery. However, Liu's office is either too busy or incompetent. Head of staff rude, short, forgetful, unkind, and doctor not thorough. Did not adequately address my concerns.Will NOT go there again. Omg!!! I used to dislike going to the dentist, but not with place. I would so recommend this place! This is like the cleanest dentist place I have ever been to! I love love coming here! Like everyone is so professional and friendly here! Dr. lu did an excellent job on my root canals and my deep cleaning! He is exceptionally gentle and so attentive with his work aspect! I used to have a lot of plaques and buildups before , but thanks to Catherine my dental hygienist she does such an amazing job on helping me get my teeth in perfect condition. With covid it's a little frightening going to any Dr's office but they always keep it very nice and clean. They do take your temperature before coming in and also provide you hand sanitizer.
