But more than that, he reminded me that there are still good people in this world - people who take pride in their work and care about others. I've been meaning to write this review for a long time, but I lost access to my Yelp account and just recently got my password back. I didn't want to let more time pass without finally sharing how much Roman from Roman's Appliance Service helped me. During a very difficult period in my life Roman came through when I truly needed someone's kindness and reliability. My microwave had stopped working for well over a year, and while that might sound like a small thing, it felt like one more burden I couldn't handle at the time. I had been using a small Walmart microwave on a table. Roman showed up promptly, worked diligently, and gave it his absolute best to get it working again. He got it to work! Roman, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your help meant more than you know. You gave me a little bit of hope at a time when I really needed it, and that's something I'll never forget.

He came in less than an hour after calling him, diagnosed and fixed it without much trouble. Super highly recommended! Don't hesitate and charges a very fair rate that won't cost you an arm and leg.

They listened to it, was able to get a good idea of the problem from the sound, and I was given a quote before scheduling. He was even able to come out the same day. Once Anthony opened the dryer, he found that only one roller actually needed to be replaced. What really impressed me was his honesty, I had already agreed to the price for replacing the full set, so he easily could have just done the work without saying anything. Instead, he told me only one was bad and gave me the option to replace just that one and save money. I ultimately chose to replace them all since the dryer is older and everything was already apart. My dryer is running quietly again, and I would absolutely call Don's Appliances again.

Their pricing was fair, honest, and provided excellent value for the quality of service they delivered. So when our dryer at our new house stopped working, they were the first company we called. When it became clear the repair wasn't successful, they didn't hesitate to refund us in full. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. Even though the repair didn't work out, we truly appreciated how hard they worked and how they stood behind their service. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future appliance repairs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company.
