After connecting with LG Factory Warranty Customer Service, they took down the info regarding the problem I was having with my LG 55" OLED TV. They told me that a Technician would contact me in 24 - 72 hrs. Sam from Sam's Electronics in Irving, TX, called me the next day, he asked what the problem was with the TV, and after I told him what the problem was, he asked if I could send him a picture. I did and he said immediately that I needed a new screen. He said he would order the part an let me know when it came in and said it would take a few days to receive it. He called me 4 days later and said he just received the replacement screen and if I available now for him to come replace the screen. I said yes and he came out within 45 minutes of his call to me. When he arrived, he went right to work and, about 45 minutes later, he was finished replacing the screen. He tested it and asked if it was to my satisfaction and I said yet. Sam is totally professional and does excellent work. I am very happy with Sam as he provided excellent customer service. He left me his card and said to call him if I had any more issues with the TV. LG OLED TV warranty repair performed by Sam from Sam's Electronics in Irving couldn't have been any better. After talking to LG customer service after our new 4K OLED TV developed a stuck pixel and determined it would require hands on service, they contacted Sam to coordinate the repair. Sam called me and after a brief discussion about the stuck pixel and what we tried per the LG support website to fix the TV, he determined the screen would need to be replaced and said he would order the part and get back to me. He contacted me several days later to let me know the new screen had arrived and we agreed on a time that afternoon to come install it. He showed up right on time and after a brief inspection of the TV and the stuck pixel, he setup the living room floor to perform the repair. Sam was very efficient and made quick work of the screen replacement. While he was working on the TV it turns that a longtime customer of his is a work colleague of mine. Small world. I am glad LG put me in contact with Sam as he did an excellent job on the repair of our OLED TV. I will definitely be calling Sam for any future problems with our TVs. Wow! Very impressed with Sammy's ability to diagnose and fix the problem with my LG TV. I recently bought a brand new, LG OLED that stopped working after 3 weeks (no image on the screen). He was able to quickly diagnose the problem as likely the power supply components and when he arrived at my home to fix it, he was quick to exchange this component out. I noticed that he also brought the other components to the TV in case it was not the power unit. He was in and out within 10-15mins, very professional, confident, and showed excellence/pride in his work. This repair was part of my LG warranty and I am very glad he was assigned to repair my TV. Scheduling wise, he was very prompt and kept in contact with me multiple times to keep me informed/updated on when he would be available. i was so upset to have only had my tv for 8 months and it refused to turn Lg sent Sammy! He called me at 11:57am on a Thursday (only hours after I contact LG) we settled for Monday or Tuesday since he had to order some parts. Understandable. Sam calls me back at 2:17pm asking if he could come fix it tomorrow (Friday) since he was able to get the parts overnighted! We scheduled for 9am/10am Friday morning. Sam called me at 8:22AM and said he's able to be here in 25 minutes. Awesome! He got here at 8:45AM got started and finished by 9AM he even set up my TVs settings checking colors,sound, and picture. He changed the main mother board and anytime I need electronics repaired or if someone asks for a electronic repair company I'm referring Sammy! I was directed to Sam by my Costco Customer Service Rep when my Year old LG TV stopped showing me a picture but still had sound and menu and TV controls were working. After following all reps directions to reset TV to defaults - still no picture! Due to Thanksgiving holidays I had to wait for a call back since Costco was routing through the Warranty company. In the meantime - TV " miraculously" fixed itself after 3 days. Sam called me several times but we were unable to connect until he persisted finally reaching me. He listened to what the issues had been, and then diagnosed the problem- it was likely my Fios router and NOT the TV and now I know what to do if it happens again! Reboot the cable box! I have had a problem with an LG television since February, 2019. Seems the home theater would not work when using one of the smart apps, though it worked fine with the cable box. Though I contacted LG customer service numerous times and the TV was connected the same as my old one, which worked fine, I could get no resolution. So, finally, LG set up a service call with Sam. Sam called the day before the appointment to set up the time. He asked about the problem, we discussed it over the phone and... HE FIXED IT. Sam was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable, professional, and had a quick turn around. He picked up my TV on a Thursday afternoon and had it repaired and back to me the next morning. And he even had my TV updated, the channels programmed for me, and he tightened up my TV stand because he noticed it was loose.
