Absolutely terrible! Their system can't even keep an accurate inventory! This day in age and you can't simply count the 10 spots in your small store of what you have and what you don't and then type it in your system so say we have X amount of battery A, X amount of battery B and so on! I got this lame excuse of "Oh, our system doesn't update our inventory until the core comes back." What kind of dumb as system is that?!?! Correct me if I'm wrong, and let me bring in everybody's SECOND GRADE TEACHER that taught us, if the man has 10 batteries in his store and one customer buys one battery and leaves the store with one battery, how many batteries does the man have in his store now?!?!?! I guess THAT math is too complicated to code into their system but they took the time to write a program cannot subtract a battery from their inventory when someone purchases one and leaves the store with it. T-Mobile told me to come to Batteries Plus for my phone repair, so if this location is going to be listed as a repair option, there needs to actually be a technician available. Every time I've had a phone issue and come here, there's no tech on-site. That's frustrating and a waste of time. If repairs are only available on certain days or times, that needs to be made clear before customers are sent here. read more

But when I took it back the correct battery was almost $50 more and the store offered no apology or discount. Plus my cars memory settings are now blank from the delay. I went in to grab two batteries for my key fob. Literally just asked for the batteries, and then he asked for my fob, opened it and put one battery in himself. Charged me 10 dollars extra for 30 second of work. I had specifically only asked for batteries and not installation. For Christ sake, I could have done it myself. Went to this location today to get my iPhone screen fixed. Couple things I don't understand... 1- why do I need to give him my passcode and passwords 2- why is it going to take you an hour to replace a phone screen when nobody is in the store (he responded unless you want it to break I can go faster) 3- why am I signing a form agreeing that you might mess up my software in the process and if so you are not liable? I have been to several iPhone repair places where none of them have asked for my password or to sign a agreement and most importantly when I've had this done in the past it takes 20 min MAX! Not to mention how quiet and awkward the man and women behind the counter we're they didn't speak to you they just quietly handed you things to sign and it was like dealing with a mime. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Went in for a motorcycle battery. Was sold a used one. Came back a for a new one, and they refused to give me one. They recharged mine and sent me home. Second time around, it also lasted a week. Went back AGAIN to ask for a new battery, and they refused to give me one because the manager wasn't there. Not sure what kind of business works when they leave the place without someone like a manager to make decisions. So I'm out of a battery. I needed to ride TONIGHT, so that ruined my trip. I cracked my phone in about a LOT of cracks this morning, and I panicked. My friend recommended I go to Batteries Plus- that they will be quicker and better priced than the Apple Store. I had never used Batteries Plus or heard much about them, but I went anyway. They quickly looked at my phone, said they'd be able to fix it, and when I returned it was beautifully fixed! In and out in about 30 minutes! No Apple Store days long wait or drama, and it was only $80! I believe a man named Levon was the one who repaired the screen. He did a great job. Was able to make an online appointment to get my phone screen fixed. Even called to make sure they could do it, guy told me to go online and get a $10 coupon. Showed up to the store and they don't have the screen. No apology, nothing. Terrible customer service. read more

I'm not one to complain on Yelp, but do not get your phone or tablet screen "fixed" here. Took them over a month to fix the screen they originally fixed (it was cracked), and now my iPad says "No Service". I have paid for the LTE subscription, and the LTE service I pay for in full each month, only works for a few minutes at a time after a 'reset' of my device. They did their best to help, I believe, but I would not recommend going here to fix your screen for any of your devices. Go here for the batteries, lightbulbs, and etcetera products they sell at this location, but do not go here for a quick fix of your phone or tablet. I will change my review if they can fix the AT&T signal this location screwed up. Oh, and also, connecting to wifi will not work. Update: they did NOT fix my iPad. They also asked for my password, which is weird. Don't trust them with your stuff. Go elsewhere. Unless you want them to go through photos of your chichis. read more

Please DO NOT get your iPhone battery replaced at this location!! I decided to take my iPhone to have the battery replaced today at Batteries Plus after a relative had her iPhone battery replaced at a different Batteries Plus location and had a good experience. Employee #1 took my phone to the back, replaced the battery and when he gave it back, I noticed the display had these big weird spots on it. Once I pointed it out, he said he had never seen that happen before. He agreed to "take a look at it" and disappeared in the back. Thinking back, I believe he was trying to make small talk with me to try to distract me so I wouldn't notice the spots. I'm not sure if he replaced the whole display or what he did, but when he gave it back, the display looked okay. Once again, he started with the distractions, telling me my phone was "refurbished" and it was missing screws inside (I bought the phone new from AT&T and it hasn't been repaired before today) Once I left, I actually went next door to AT&T to get a new screen protector. The woman noticed the front of my phone was was lifted/raised from the back. I told her I had just gotten the battery replaced next door at Batteries Plus and she told me to go back and make them fix it! (Side note: She and another AT&T employee told me they never recommend Batteries Plus to their customers.) I went back to Batteries Plus and employee #2 looked and told me employee #1 had melted (??) a part inside near the speaker. She said she needed time to "find that part" and for me to come back in 45 minutes. I came back, got the phone, and left. In the parking lot, I attempted to make a call and I couldn't hear anything through the earpiece! I went back in and worker #1 fixed it. I asked what was wrong, and he said a part was loose inside. Went in to buy a watch battery, needed to have the back take it off in order to do this. I have had watch batteries replaced there many times and yet today their X-Acto knife was not thin enough to remove the backing of the watch. I was quoted an eight dollar battery, I was fine with that until they couldn't get the back off basically they lost a sale. I had to go to a jewelry repair place and was charged almost 3 times the cost of the battery from your store! Pathetic customer service. You're in a business where you have to replace batteries, you should anticipate having the proper tools. Very disappointedin your people, in your product and your customer service! read more
