This place has lowered its standard year after year, customer service has always been horrible but I would guess that as soon as Costco opened they just got in to a dive and haven't recovered. I know that due to Covid there's shortages all around but as you can see in the photos that I attached it looked as if we where in Full Pandemic Mode. Everything in the poultry area looked just deserted. I went in because this day Costco was already closed and I needed something for work so I had to go, my membership wasnt even active which can give you an idea of how long I haven't gone to this place, luckily my mother in law who is visiting was with us and she had hers because I wouldn't pay to activate my membership for a one time stop nor for the 5 things which Sam's has and Costco doesn't.

First impression on walking in is more attention to cleaning around the store. The restrooms were a terrible mess. I will say this though, Sherry at the register was a pleasure. She was friendly and helpful.

Prior to dropping off my car, everything worked perfect perfectly. When getting my car back I noticed a crack in my windshield and that my tire pressure sensors weren't reading. I was told to come back the next day- where a guy told me the sensor in my back tire probably "ran out of battery" but they could replace for $80. I questioned was I not given the new tpms sensors that I paid for? oh that is a different piece on that sensor... strange, but OK I said that I would take it home and order the piece myself. After that, he came back and said that he noticed that there was damage to the sensor and they would replace it for "free". That fixed one problem, but still leaves me with a cracked windshield. They told me it would take a little bit to review footage. I said no problem and waited over the last 2 months. I've called 5-6 times in that span to try to see if they had reviewed anything. I called again today, and was told that the footage shows that they did not do any damage to my windshield. I told them that that was strange since it sure wasn't not cracked before bringing it in and I asked if I would be able to review the footage myself in case something went flying or anything. Also strange that they had no intention on letting me know. He said no problem and he would send it over, but it might take a few hours. Then I get a call back saying that they don't have pictures from the original crack and that they would like to fix this for me and resend in a claim. I make my way there and met with someone to take photos. Then Joe comes out, tries to make me feel bad because he's some special guy that had to come from Cincinnati! I told him he could've come anytime in the last two months but okay and then he said that there's no possible way that we could've cracked your windshield- yeah I mean I wouldn't hope so but again it was perfectly fine prior and you guys damaged another part of my car without realizing. I didn't fight with him, but I did tell him I would still like to look at the footage. He refused and said that it didn't matter because they couldn't have done it, and that I could try my insurance and if they wanted to make a claim to tire discounters then to go ahead. I asked why I was asked to even waste my time coming out there- lol. Either way the entire situation was very unprofessional and it seems like they only want to help you or replace something for "free" when they know it's their fault. I don't think anyone has even looked at the footage, but I will not be back. Now I understand why everyone says that Tire Discounter's sucks. That's all on my rant- KY has free windshield replacement anyways, it was more the principle for me.

I stopped by Steele's today around 3:00 pm after trying to replace my brakes myself. I was able to…read morereplace the fronts, but the rear brakes ended up giving me a problem getting the rotor off. I used several techniques to remove it, but was uneasy being too aggressive as it's my primary transportation. Once I described my issue, we discussed what might be keeping the rotor from coming off which I had already researched and satisfied I did everything I knew how to. To my surprise, they were able to get my 2020 Grand Cherokee in that afternoon as it was pretty busy. I left believing that it would be next day before it would be completed. I appreciated the conversation we had about possible issues with the E-Brake which is beyond just the brake replacement and possible additional cost. I didn't care at that point as I had enough messing with it! I received a call around 4:45 pm that same day my Jeep was ready to pickup. Turned out the rotor just took more force to knock it loose than I was willing to apply. Not only did they complete the repair same day, it was much less than expected. I was very pleased with the service and job well done. Thanks Hometown!
