Hello everyone, beware of this dealer. I bought a 2015 Audi A6 and it started having issues. The so called warranty he said he has is fake. He said it's going to cost him more to fix the car. He sold me the car without brakes, the oil was black, the cruise control didn't work and said he was going to fix it for me, he gave me the car with no gas, super unprofessional, the car came out to $16,000 all paid for at once. He is a scammer he does not do a multipoint inspection on his cars. His mechanic Ali's Auto Care in Santa Clara is a fraud as well, he claimed he replaced a hose on the car when he didn't it's a scam. The car is eating coolant and basically told us to f-off, Don't buy from him save yourself the headache. There's so many more reputable dealers you can go to. read more

Hello! From the first call to Sam @ SAMOTORS inquiring about the car I was interested in, to setting up the appointment for a test drive, I immediately felt NO PRESSURE. Sam is easy to talk with, respectful, genuinely kind and answered my many questions. Especially when I asked, "Do your cars look like the ones in your pictures?" (Because more than once I've seen pics of what looked like an absolute "Betty," turns into "Ugly Betty" upon arrival!) Sam laughed and told me, "Honestly, our pictured cars look the same in person." So far, sounds pretty good. Drove over from Santa Cruz to "look" at a 2010 BMW 328i. Gave Sam a "heads up" call before heading to SJ so he could get the car ready. This is a message to all the people who about to buy from Top Motors. I'm 66 in age retired machinist with disabilities...The salesman named Alex Alhelew is the biggest liar to seniors and to the public in general....... I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Fit Sport from Top Motors, when I drove the car it seemed okay but the Engine light was on and the front end sport air foil was damaged. Alex first mistake was he lied to me about the engine light being on and he stated he would have his mechanic check it out. After we discussed about finance I asked him to fix or check out the engine light, and to fix the loose carpet on drivers side and to order me a drivers side sun visor...and to fix the engine problem. Now Alex stated it had a loose connection, on engine light, but what he did not state that the 1.5 Liter motor was only running correctly on two cylinder...and the engine light flashes when driving it at high speeds...and the car basically need about $1500 dollars in repair..if i Knew then I would have never bought this car. Plus the tires had steel plugs in three of the tires and Only one tire was semi ok. Now I'm stuck with fixing this car and I messed up waiting so long to return the car back, my mistake... but my question is how does this so called dealership get away of selling messed up cars to the public...My final statement to others who are about to buy from Top Motors take the Vehicle to a professional auto repair man because Top Motors car repair men do not have a bit of brains to know a lemon from a great car. To add more about Top Motors... The General Manager called me last night and stated that all I had to do was return the car and they would have given me my money back...So Not true...They general manager wanted me to bring the car back and he would only compensate me for the price of the car. So another words I would have to give up my new tires and give up my new battery...and also I had the car put on the Dyno:-Machine and Honda and they said the car had two cylinders that were not working and they said the brakes where leaking, and the shocks and struts need to be replaced ASAP. My Opinion is that top Motors in general , are not very Professional why I'm saying this is The General Manager is a bigger con artist and his sales people...To ask me to return the car to Top Motors is totally not business ethics...These Sales people and the General Manager think they can talk to me like I'm a child and at the same time they want to keep all the new items and take my money and use it for another sale to someone else all....Peace read more

I urgently needed a decent car and drove for 80 miles to Samotors in San Jose to take a look at 2010 Mercedes C 300 with 61,000 miles on it. I had thoroughly reviewed CARFAX, and trusted its history as reported. It appeared that there were no CARFAX history reported once the car came into Sam's possesstion. The car had more than one paint and/or coating, engine belts have to be replaced, battery has to be replaced, driver side front underneath bumper was damaged (no wonder why Sam can't lift the car), rear side headrestraints were damaged due to UV exposures, there are 20-30 paint chips are observed, cabin air filter was nonexistent, tires were immediately needed to replace and so on. Those were all found by a mechanic I hired afterwards. Sam asked me to call his mechanic if I find any issues. I called him twice only in vain. Warning!!! Total Fraud! My son who is 17 years old was very excited to buy his first car. Abdelrahman Alhelew was the sales person who helped us find the right car. Abdelrahman showed us an Infinity G35 2005 and stated it had 1 owner, He stated he personally did a full inspection of the car and showed us what we were to believe was the complete car report. We bought the car in January 2022 and 2 weeks later the engine light went on. We took it to several car shops and were just informed the engine had a big whole in the block. Not only did the auto shops tell us there was tape on hoses but an ant farm was also in the car. This company took advantage of my son and misrepresented the car's condition. Be warned !!! read more

We purchased our daughter's first car from Sam at SAMotors. It was the BEST car purchase experience that I have ever had! We drove to San Jose from Alameda to look at a specific car. When we started talking, I asked if he had any other cars in our price range. He showed us his inventory, and he and my daughter narrowed down what she liked. We proceeded to test drive them all! Sam was open to input about the cars, and didn't put any pressure on myself or my daughter to buy anything. When we told him that there was another car at another dealership that we wanted to test drive, he asked what it was, looked at the Carfax on it for us, told us what we should look for, and said if it was good then we should buy it. After that, I asked him about why he told us this, he said that he didn't feel he had to pressure anyone into buying a car because he believes that the right people will buy his cars, because he hold himself to a high standard of selling quality cars and he stands behind his cars after he sells them. We can attest that Sam is true to his word. The car we purchased had a crack in the windshield. I saw it on our first test drive, but because it was on the driver's side, I honestly forgot about it. When we got home, I saw it again. After calling Sam, and explaining my concerns about my daughter taking the car to college with a cracked windshield, he immediately said that he would replace it. I was prepared with a list of reasons why he should replace it, how we could negotiate it, and I didn't need any of it! Less than 2 1/2 hours later, he had sent me the name and telephone number of the windshield repair company who would repair my daughters' windshield. It was truly that easy! My husband doesn't believe that car salesmen are honest. He believes that they are there to make a car sale. I told him that he is wrong, because I met Sam, and Sam IS honest!
