    Need to acquire a car for my daughter and did a research into dealership with high ratings. This place was my first stop but then changed to another dealer. Couldn't find the right car & went back to Alex at Carfornia.com. He had the right car at the right price. Asked him if I could take the car for pre-purchase inspection and he stated "Absolutely"! Came back with report and he fixed the areas of concern and the car was ready the next morning to complete transaction. Happy Daughter and the car fits her perfectly

    OMG!!!, THIS man EMIN KARIMOV..at CARFORNIA is not only a man of honor but a man of scholar, Several things that still have me in awe is I sat there and watch 7 deliveries of new parts being delivered from auto stores to FIX the cars NOT PATCH THE CARS, and it was quality suppliers, then the detail team needs to start their own business on the side as I have never seen such great work, EMIN and I spoke over the phone about a truck & he knew i was going to work in 1 hour & i lived 4 counties away, he knew i was going to be coming over in am when i went to bank*** I filled out app got approved, He had several people come in & want that unit & he told them no, it was promised to me, they offered him cash & he still said no, He isn't a penny pincher, He has morals & values, He carries him self like he is someone you can trust & what is so funny is YOU CAN!!! he is a great business man & the way he handled my event, I will forever pass it on to others & my next car will be from him, not NISSAN or HYUNDAI, They can learn alot about business from him, after i bought my car i got 52 miles away & panicked and smelled something burning I called him & he reassured me we will handled it, dont worry, well it was my panic as it went away, i bought this truck expecting to have things to resolve, it is a used car that is 21 yrs old, right at a time when things have to start needing attention, but I feel he was honest & more than honorable in anything i needed, Our relationship as a customer didn't end when the INK dried...that in itself is rare, his cars are low miles, & about $3000 less than others, His employees you can tell that they all like their job. & he is a business role model for anyone, take him a cup of coffee & watch and listen to him interface with his customers, Kind, polite, carefree, no pressure, no deception, that is how you run a business & give back to the community, MY truck is awesome I got compliments at a restaurant in san Jose, & when I got to Modesto, and when i told them the conditions all of them asked me for business card. I hope he gets businessman of the year...I cant say thank you enough.

    I bot a Prius from Emin (the owner) in 2019 and just purchased a Prius C for my daughter. I really enjoy doing business with him. I'm the type of guy who looks at em any cars searches for a great value. Takes the car to the mechanic to thorough look at it & then hardball negotiates with the seller to get a really good price. I never thought I'd actually find a dealer who i could call and tell him what i want snd trust that he'd look out for my best interests, but i did. I know he's honest and transparent my mechanic has verified it as has my experience. Seriously save yourself the time. Your not going to find a better price and greater value & he'll take car of you. Just call them and tell them what you want and let him do what a dealer should do - get u the best value. When it came time for my daughter to write the check, He even rounded down. It was a sweet touch.

Both experiences were delightful, stress free (who would associate stress-free when you buy a car?) and quick. No hassle car buying - that should be his business's title. He helped us narrow down the list of cars we were looking at and make a decision that worked for us. He also scheduled all the test drives, negotiated the prices, and pointed us to a specific person at the dealership, a complete VIP experience. He did the same for our friends just this week, they bought a great car in a great condition, he negotiated the price down and steered them away from less desirable options. My friend was nervous (just like I was before ) because the process of buying a car is stressful. But after they got into the dealership and the car was waiting for them, they test drove and bought the car. My friend said: who would have thought that I can enjoy buying a car! And that's all thanks to Jeremy. Believe me I'm not hyping him up, he is professional, kind and customer centric. Thank you Jeremy!

I found it quickly. It was unlocked so I was able to sit in it and inspect it closely. Shane and another sales associate were inside the building. They both greeted me and welcomed me to the store. He got the keys for me and let me take it for a test drive. Upon return I decided to purchase the car. I had been looking EVERYWHERE for a affordable Honda Civic in good condition. We negotiated and agreed on a price and made the deal. I had a unique situation; I live in Stockton and had no way to get the car home that day. He allowed me to keep it on the lot until the next morning. Shane and his team are not stereotypical sleaze bag used car salesmen. Customer service and a welcoming atmosphere are a priority at The Car Store San Jose. They've been in business since '77 for a reason. We were helped by Trae McNeill, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. So helpful that we actually bought a car the same afternoon that we started looking! I liked Trae's easy manner and patience with our questions. When we came back to pick up the car, he was helpful and knowledgeable. The electronics in the car were all new to me but Trae's instructions got the car and me safely home! He even called to make sure we had made the trip successfully. This dealership is not the closest to where we live, but their inventory was better as was their reputation. We'd recommend them without hesitation.

I checked status on a target red XLE on their site and not long after, Jesus Contreras reached out to discuss. It turned out that car was in the process of sale. Jesus then asked what I was interested in. I explained Ruby Red Pearl 2025 RAV4 Hybrid XLE with Convenience Package. He researched and came back stating that they had what we desired currently awaiting build in Japan. The delivery time was a month and a few days away, so he suggested a deposit would lock it in for us. We could then relax and just wait. (And fend off other dealers calling to ask if we'd want t look at something not red...). We took delivery of the red RAV on 6 March. José understood we had a wee bit of a time crunch and effortlessly stepped up through our cash purchase while the RAV was being readied (having just arrived the day before from the port).The point to my recommendation was Jesus was approachable, true to his word, a no pressure guy and accommodating. When we arrived at the dealership on the 6th, we found a clean welcoming and warm environment, a nice looking dealership and - and above all, we were treated with respect and not one iota of pressure from anyone. We had bought the Prime at Capitol Toyota in 2017 and the experience was totally different (mainly due having bought it in their old facility, prior to the new and larger complex be opened. Not horrible, but it was certainly missing the warmth of Steven's Creek Toyota - everyone was relaxed - many checking if we needed anything while waiting the on purchase to be concluded. So. Ask for Jesus Contreras if you're in the market for a new Toyota. I'm sure you'll agree with me that he's the real deal.
