    I have always been skeptical about visiting a used car dealer, but this one has shattered all my expectations. I have never had customer service like I got from these guys when purchasing my 2017 Lexus NX200t. They didn't pressure me at all and provided me with 100% transparent information with the car. They even let me get it inspected on my own with a mechanic I trusted. My friend bought the same model with higher mileage for 3k over what I paid and her purchase was not as smooth as mine. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I strongly recommend them to my friends and family.

No exceptions because I have a specific goal for this van. So when I started my search, I kept the distance from my home a journey I was willing to take to personally inspect a potential buy. But nothing was showing up close to home. When my perfect van popped up, it was more than two hours away at Majestic Auto in Santa Clara. I tried to find someone willing to travel with me to see the van, but could not. I kept looking online at potential vans since there were none close by. I came back to the van at Majestic. I would have to buy this without ever seeing it or driving it. Elvin was patient with me, answering every question. My many interactions with him were what convinced me that he is a trustworthy individual. He never pressured me. He addressed every concern. I trusted him so thoroughly that I bought the vehicle and asked him to transport it to my home in Sonoma County. When the first carrier scratched my van loading it onto his trailer, Elvin called me, kept the van, fixed the scratch, then found another carrier he had worked with enough to trust his skills.     If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst place to buy a car. I bought my car…read morein March and was waiting for my tags to arrive. When they hadn't arrived I called in May and Allem who sold me the vans excuse was that he didn't have my phone number. Um last I remembered we did paper work so how did you not have my phone number. Anyways it gets worse. He made some excuse up and said I had to get a smog done because something happens and the paper work didn't go through to the dmv when he got it. I asked him to just go get the paper work and he was like no just get a smog and I'll reimburse you. Every time I called him regarding my tags and my money he was like oh I send the tags and I'm going to put the money in your account now. This continued for weeks. Then he was like oh I thought I sent the tags but they are sitting on my desk then my husband called. He finally sent me my 50 and the registration. Still no tags. He this time said I thought you received them last time I sent them. It is August and I still haven't received my tags. So now I will be making a complaint to the better business bureau. He has caused me so much stress and every time I call him now his phone is off.
