I was running errands and needed my nails done so I decided to try it. First off, no one greeted me. I didn't know where to find the colors for gel to choose trim. She then yelled at me asking me why i didn't have a color yet. She made me nails bleed and didn't even clean the blood before she started painting my nails. Painted my nails so sloppily, I had to ask for her to go over it because it had streaks. She told me it's gonna be too thick, i asked her to anyways.

French full set. $20. minus the ring ;)

i've been to this nail salons many, many times. it's very convenient for me because it's in a shopping plaza right by the gym i go to & the grocery store i usually stop at on the way home. it's not a top knotch salon, but for the price ($10 for mani, $20 for pedi), i think it's a pretty good deal! my manis usually last about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks & my pedis last almsot a month without chipping! this nail shop has a big screen tv to watch if not into talking, but if you are, most of the nail techs speak very good english! i know that sounds silly, but i've been to many nail salons where the techs only speak vietnamese & it's so hard to tell them what you want. you can make an appointment if you want to, but i never do & i rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes to get in. i usually just get a basic mani or pedi, but they have other services like the acrylic nails, gel wraps, paraffin wax treatment, eyebrow waxing and salt scrubs. they accept cash or credit card, but if i remember correctly, you have to tell them how much you want to tip before they run the card because you can't add it afterwards. i always make a habit of having cash on me to tip if i know im going to be stopping by. btw, my favorite tech is michelle!! ask for her!

First time coming here and I wasn't really impressed. I did a manicure with gel nail polish. She soaked my nails in acetone, then scrapped the polish off with her nails vs a tool. Once she was done, she just got up and walked away. Then a man came over and just stuck his hand out to look at my nails. I guess they were switching people.. but of course they didn't inform me. I don't believe the equipment was sterlized either. My nails look great but the customer service was very medicore. I'd only come back if I was desperate to get my nails done. (Don't mind my uneven nails, I broke them before coming in)

TERRIBLE experience! I opted for a more expensive pedicure, thinking it would be more relaxing. It felt rushed, was painful, and turned out very poorly. While I was there, two other customers had a poor experience, as well. One woman was there getting a mani/pedi for her son's wedding the next day. She did not like the result of her pedicure, her nails weren't the right color (which she expressed and the staff did not seem to care), and she was overcharged. I was very disappointed in the way they handled her situation. The staff was extremely unprofessional. My friend, the other customer, asked for a color on her fingernails to match her toes. Her toes were gray, and her fingernails were pink when we left...

Our deluxe pedicures were amazing, my daughter's new set was well done and the price was comparable to our home town.

We came here for pedicures on Valentine's Day and they were able to get us in as walk-ins. It was a…read morelittle bit of a wait though and I wasn't sure why because several employees were sitting around and there were multiple empty pedicure chairs. I later realized that they were waiting for a female tech to be available for habibi. ALOE VERA PEDICURE I got this one, which came with a hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towels. Eric did my pedicure and he was fantastic. He was gentle with my sensitive toes and he constantly checked to make sure that the temperature and everything was good for me. He's a very kind and personable person. He did exactly what I asked for - French tip toes - and they turned out great. Days later my feet are still so soft. Habibi said his tech was too rough. He said she kept hurting his feet with the drill, even after he informed her, and she burned him with the hot stones. (He got the Diamond pedicure.) Despite his quips, his feet looked and felt much better post pedi. The message mechanism in the pedicure chairs was nice. I particularly liked that it had a tall/normal/petite option. Normal chairs roll right over my head, so the petite option hit all the right spots. The salon is clean, bright, and the open floor plan makes it appear larger than it actually is. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She asked several times if I wanted something to drink, even after I was already seated in the chair. They also had treats: cookies, fruit and cheese trays; I'm assuming because it was lovey day. The prices were fair and I was charged for exactly what was serviced. I found a coupon on their website and was able to use it without any issues. I already have a dedicated nail tech elsewhere, but I would certainly return here for a pedicure.

Stand for 5 minutes then a tech comes, hands me the nail color samples. I get seated for a pedicure. Hands me the menu I choose which pedicure. He leaves and comes back with Melon I asked Lavender?!? He just continues...And, asked for the water to be hot!! And, he ignores me or acted like he didn't understand! I unfortunately decided to get a manicure done...big mistake!! Just a simple manicure, no color and no gel. He did not clean under my nails or give me a proper manicure AT ALL!! I actually complained at the salon and the stated the DO NOT give ANY refunds?!? So, I got a half-ass manicure at best!! He did everything while I'm seated for my pedicure...Hello?!? Then, I asked if there was a clear polish that dried quickly--well, obviously you're not allowed to ask any questions either! So, I received a basic pedicure and the WORST manicure EVER and it was almost $92.00!!! Sorry, you lost me as a customer and if I were you I would take your money elsewhere--where you are a true, valued customer.
