I was running errands and needed my nails done so I decided to try it. First off, no one greeted me. I didn't know where to find the colors for gel to choose trim. She then yelled at me asking me why i didn't have a color yet. She made me nails bleed and didn't even clean the blood before she started painting my nails. Painted my nails so sloppily, I had to ask for her to go over it because it had streaks. She told me it's gonna be too thick, i asked her to anyways.

French full set. $20. minus the ring ;)

i've been to this nail salons many, many times. it's very convenient for me because it's in a shopping plaza right by the gym i go to & the grocery store i usually stop at on the way home. it's not a top knotch salon, but for the price ($10 for mani, $20 for pedi), i think it's a pretty good deal! my manis usually last about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks & my pedis last almsot a month without chipping! this nail shop has a big screen tv to watch if not into talking, but if you are, most of the nail techs speak very good english! i know that sounds silly, but i've been to many nail salons where the techs only speak vietnamese & it's so hard to tell them what you want. you can make an appointment if you want to, but i never do & i rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes to get in. i usually just get a basic mani or pedi, but they have other services like the acrylic nails, gel wraps, paraffin wax treatment, eyebrow waxing and salt scrubs. they accept cash or credit card, but if i remember correctly, you have to tell them how much you want to tip before they run the card because you can't add it afterwards. i always make a habit of having cash on me to tip if i know im going to be stopping by. btw, my favorite tech is michelle!! ask for her!

First time coming here and I wasn't really impressed. I did a manicure with gel nail polish. She soaked my nails in acetone, then scrapped the polish off with her nails vs a tool. Once she was done, she just got up and walked away. Then a man came over and just stuck his hand out to look at my nails. I guess they were switching people.. but of course they didn't inform me. I don't believe the equipment was sterlized either. My nails look great but the customer service was very medicore. I'd only come back if I was desperate to get my nails done. (Don't mind my uneven nails, I broke them before coming in)

TERRIBLE experience! I opted for a more expensive pedicure, thinking it would be more relaxing. It felt rushed, was painful, and turned out very poorly. While I was there, two other customers had a poor experience, as well. One woman was there getting a mani/pedi for her son's wedding the next day. She did not like the result of her pedicure, her nails weren't the right color (which she expressed and the staff did not seem to care), and she was overcharged. I was very disappointed in the way they handled her situation. The staff was extremely unprofessional. My friend, the other customer, asked for a color on her fingernails to match her toes. Her toes were gray, and her fingernails were pink when we left...

Our deluxe pedicures were amazing, my daughter's new set was well done and the price was comparable to our home town.

We came here for pedicures on Valentine's Day and they were able to get us in as walk-ins. It was a…read morelittle bit of a wait though and I wasn't sure why because several employees were sitting around and there were multiple empty pedicure chairs. I later realized that they were waiting for a female tech to be available for habibi. ALOE VERA PEDICURE I got this one, which came with a hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towels. Eric did my pedicure and he was fantastic. He was gentle with my sensitive toes and he constantly checked to make sure that the temperature and everything was good for me. He's a very kind and personable person. He did exactly what I asked for - French tip toes - and they turned out great. Days later my feet are still so soft. Habibi said his tech was too rough. He said she kept hurting his feet with the drill, even after he informed her, and she burned him with the hot stones. (He got the Diamond pedicure.) Despite his quips, his feet looked and felt much better post pedi. The message mechanism in the pedicure chairs was nice. I particularly liked that it had a tall/normal/petite option. Normal chairs roll right over my head, so the petite option hit all the right spots. The salon is clean, bright, and the open floor plan makes it appear larger than it actually is. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She asked several times if I wanted something to drink, even after I was already seated in the chair. They also had treats: cookies, fruit and cheese trays; I'm assuming because it was lovey day. The prices were fair and I was charged for exactly what was serviced. I found a coupon on their website and was able to use it without any issues. I already have a dedicated nail tech elsewhere, but I would certainly return here for a pedicure.

The place is very big! The place is decently clean, could be cleaner but maybe they had a really busy Saturday. We did go in around 430pm ish . I also would like to thank them for accommodating me, I requested my nail tech to be female. And they were able to get me a female with no issues . We both got the milk and honey pedicure. It was so lovely! (57$ each) The leg and foot massage was great! It didn't feel rushed. I think my person was named Maria. Not sure of the name that did my husband's. They were both very nice and friendly! They even gave us information on where we can get bubble tea from and Asian supermarkets! We just moved here from NYC so that was very helpful and nice! The mani was simple and quick. I like them short and rounded. Our total was 164$ I believe before tips. We will be returning every month. I hope the service will be like today's every time we go! Thank you!

It wasn't super busy which I'm not complaining. It was steady and a lot of staff in deck! I think they have a few kinks to work on. My chair still had an empty alcoholic beverage in the holder hence part of why I gave it 4 stars. My tech was very kind and checked in with me every so often to make sure she wasn't causing any pain. I got a swag bag, that contained a nice za za nails robe. Very soft and comfy! They had some activities going on and food! I had a spa pedi. Nice massage and I'd definitely go back with a friend. It was a good experience. I didn't get 20% off but not sure if that was for everyone or not.

The lady doing my nails was rude and had an attitude throughout the appointment, which made the experience unpleasant. I also felt that I was being stereotyped because I am a 16-year-old Black young woman. Instead of showing me the service options or price list upfront and allowing me to choose what I wanted, I felt that she immediately tried to encourage me to pay for the most expensive service they offered. When I made it clear that I did not want the most expensive option, her attitude toward me seemed to change, and I felt that I was treated differently because of my choice. What bothered me the most was that she repeatedly asked me if I was going to pay while she was still doing my nails, even though my service was not finished. I found this extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. I felt as though she was questioning whether I could afford to pay before my appointment was even completed. Unfortunately, I was also very dissatisfied with the quality of my nails. The final result was poorly done and did not meet the standard I expected for the price I was paying. Between the quality of the service, the attitude I received, and the repeated questions about payment, the entire experience was disappointing. I believe every customer should be treated with courtesy and professionalism and should be given the same service options regardless of their age or background. Customers should also be able to choose a service that fits their preferences and budget without being treated differently for declining a more expensive option. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this nail shop.
