My daughter and I went for mani/pedis and we both got to go at the same time which my daughter loves because the first time I took her (to a different salon) the same person did us and she had to wait and was sooo bored! Why, I do not know because now they're growing in a curved shape over my toes because they needed to be cut. Guess I'll do that at home and home the polish doesn't chip to hell. 2. Manicure focused too much on exfoliating the legs and not nearly enough on the feet. I'm not sure they touched the heels at all. 3.. I wasn't asked how long or short I wanted my nails so had to ask for them to be shorter, twice, and they're still longer than I would really want ideally. 3I was not asked what shape I want and they gave me square which is not my favorite, and on top of that the nails are definitely not all shaped the same. I want to caveat that I know I could have said something at any time. I just don't care enough because I just filed them to a round shape at home and gave it a new top coat. Again, they were slightly busy so I did not think much of it. He asked what shape I wanted and I said almond. He shaped the first nail (pinky) and asked if it looked good. He shaped the second nail and I realized he was making them just round and I wasn't happy with the shape. I asked if he could make them more almond shape and that I did not love the round shape he was making them. He dropped my hand and in the most disrespectful tone possible said " You said round." "No i want them almond shaped, I do not want them flat on top of to have 90 degree angles, i do not want square nails." I used to never take care of myself and get my nails done and this was such a big thing for me to do and enjoy myself. Unfortunately, instead of saying anything I allowed him to finish. On the verge of tears the rest of the visit I did not say another word. I had a pedicure the same time and the lady did well, did not talk except to ask for color and try multiple times to upsell a more expensive package. Her work was fast and felt rushed but toe nails looked good. Was less than relaxing. After this service I cried in my car. Would not recommend this place unless its a last resort. I signed up for a Microneedling facial in March so I will update you guys as I explore more of the treatments. In the meantime I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, especially the hot stones and cooling balls. TV gave an amazing massage too. My bestie and I sampled the menu and were pleased. The truffle fries were so delicious! I could eat an entire plate of them by myself. Lamb chops were cooked perfectly and I was thoroughly impressed by how tender the steak melt was.
