The service technician I was handed off to appeared to be a minor, and therefore likely not licensed. He failed to clean the nail bed completely. He seemed more concerned with the gloves on his hands than actually massaging my feet and legs. The senior professionals did not give him any guidance and were on their phones the entire time. Additionally, the tech had earbuds in and kept checking his watch. These services normally take an hour and a half. Mine took 2+ hours. The environment was not clean or organized, and therefore not relaxing.

So I ordered another one from a new waitress the one I had prior wasn't there anymore. She brought the drink and I said I like to pay now. Took her a while to come back I flagged her when she walked past. She comes back with iPad to pay and didn't tell me the total she just said tap here. So I asked what's my total she says $28.74 I said for "1 drink" she said you had to I said that's already paid for receipt is right here. She proceeded back to the bar to fix the total she comes back new total is $17.54 which isn't even half of the original total she said which was $28.74. At this point I'm annoyed and just pay it so I can get out of this establishment. I definitely let the front desk know about they did try to accommodate by offering me another drink or redo the transaction. I declined the offer. Not a good experience for me I liked the salon better before this new revamp didn't have these issues then. Oh and two days later one of my nails pops off.

I asked for hot water, but when it was too hot to put my feet in, the woman who was doing my moms pedi (later I found her to be the owner) quickly rushed over and put in some cold water to even the temperature. There was a decent selection of polish, however I've seen better options. Mostly OPI though so definitely quality colors. Down to the quality--the young girl who did my nails was super talkative and friendly and my mom and I absolutely loved getting to know her! The pedi itself was spectacular as well. For $20 we got a basic pedi which included nail trim, cuticle care, skin care, massage, hot towel, and polish. Not to mention the time that was spent--each of our sessions lasted about 30 min and great care was taken to be sure we knew what would be going on each step of the way. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. The woman who did my services rushed through everything and was extremely rough while filing. The edges of my nails are uneven and look sloppy. I was charged $100. The pedicure was $38, and they told me the fill was also $38, but the extra $24 was supposedly for "shaping." The problem is that I came in with almond-shaped nails already. I simply asked for them to be cleaned up, not changed from square to stiletto or anything dramatic. Apparently, that quick touch-up was an additional $24. I was only in the nail chair for about 15 minutes, and it definitely wasn't worth the price. I regret even tipping. I left feeling rushed, overcharged, and honestly scammed. If you're in a hurry, don't make the same mistake I did by trying a random salon. I'd recommend saving your $100 and going somewhere else.
