I was seated right away for my pedicure and had the most wonderful technician. She was kind and very friendly. I think her name was Lena. She did an amazing job! My nails have never looked better! The location was very busy, but it still had people moving in and out of it quickly. It was clean and relaxing, and the massage chairs were incredible. As part of my package I was offered a drink, and they did upsell me to gel polish for my toes. I'm not mad about it because it makes sense being as I go barefoot a lot.  Next time I save up enough for another mani-pedi I will be back.

You should've given me some sort of information when I first walked in the door about your wait time. I got both a manicure and pedicure both were great. A husband & wife couple were there both extremely nice and curious to make sure I was happy with the service. The husband taking care of my nails and when she was done with her customer there was no one waiting it was close to closing time and she thoroughly cleaned the whole place while he did my manicure/pedi. Within 24 hours after getting this fantastic manicure I was chopping veggies with a nice sharp knife and luckily my nail kept me from seriously cutting my finger but chipped the mani I went back to the store and offered to pay for it. He didn't say a word and fit me in after he finished the client he was on redid my one nail that was chipped and re-coded all my other nails, and refused to take payment for fixing it. As I said earlier this is the nail salon business I will be going to from now on.

I have great service for dip nails and lots of colors to choose from. I've been here a lot for pedicures as well, they will say they have a walk-in available and then put you in a pedicure chair and you sit/soak for 30-40 minutes before someone is available. This last time, it was 2 hours for a regular pedicure and dip manicure. I got home and about 3 hours later paint fell off a toenail so I went in the next morning and they fixed it for free. I went for a walk in the afternoon and another toenail was naked when I took my socks off - literally 24 hours later I've had to go back twice for a fix!! They have a very clean, classic vibe with a huge tv. Always a good HGRV show on. It's quiet, quaint compared to come of the bigger places around. I'd go for nails done, but maybe somewhere else for a pedicure and maybe I just had a bad pedicure this time. I really like this place, I think it's just a lil' inconsistent.

The quality of the work I received here was disappointing…read more 1. On my pedicure, I said I wanted my nails clipped and then she only clipped the big toenail? Why, I do not know because now they're growing in a curved shape over my toes because they needed to be cut. Guess I'll do that at home and home the polish doesn't chip to hell. 2. Manicure focused too much on exfoliating the legs and not nearly enough on the feet. I'm not sure they touched the heels at all. 3.. I wasn't asked how long or short I wanted my nails so had to ask for them to be shorter, twice, and they're still longer than I would really want ideally. 3I was not asked what shape I want and they gave me square which is not my favorite, and on top of that the nails are definitely not all shaped the same. I want to caveat that I know I could have said something at any time. I just don't care enough because I just filed them to a round shape at home and gave it a new top coat. But I noted the inconsistency and lack of asking what I wanted.
