Horrible horrible service I went in for an appointment i made and this white lady working the front counter on 8/1/25 around 10:55am and my appt was at 11pm. She started waiting on everyone else that came up after me and I kept asking where to sign in and she was very nasty saying she was too busy to help me. I spend alot of money in this nail shops but I will not ever go back and I will always tell people never to go there as they have very rude people working the front counter. I was fully prepared to wait a long time given I was a walk in on a Sunday. I explained to the person at the front desk I wanted a full set with design as I was going to a Disney in a few days. If you want a $100 pedicure then RUN to this nail salon! The staff act like they don't understand English and they kindly hand you a beautiful menu then point to a $100 pedicure. I personally can afford that but I chose not to. I got the basic pedicure and the employee seemed peeved about my decision! I pay approximately $45 for a gel pedicure and I could get 2 for the price of 1 of this nail salons recommendation. Be careful going here! I started driving 45 minutes to go to an actual quality salon. Took me months to rebuild my nail bed. Had to come back because I needed a refresh for family pictures and didn't want to drive far in snow. Big mistake. Workers are super catty. Cleanliness is questionable. Water is cold even if you ask for warmer. Always get pushed to up charge services. They mix up the color you ask for. And the work is all-around sloppy. It's over-priced, there is nothing relaxing about the experience, and I should have braved the blizzard over getting my nails done here again. The employees are rude and argue with you over the services you want to get. I've been getting my nails done for years and never had to argue with a nail tech over getting a fill verses a full set. The old lady female employee refused to give me a fill, she said I needed a full set even though I just got a full set 2.5 weeks ago from this exact place. So, I don't trust people often with my nails because I go to a place in my hometown, but I saw good reviews so I decided to try it out. I got sat down at 1:30, no wait, so that was cool, but I got a kid that didn't seem like he even wanted to be there. He hurried through it, didn't hold a conversation with me and seem completely uninterested in anything. After I got the first color I was really unhappy because the dust from the fill was in the nail polish when it was finished and my nails were SO bumpy. I said something to a manager and he told me the color I got wasn't dark enough, which made no damn sense because that's basically saying "if you don't get back your gel nails won't look good." So we tried an even darker color and they still look the same. My nails are uneven, bumpy, and ugly to be honest. Getting my nails done should be a relaxing experience but when you are rushed through, the nails look bad and you pay a fortune it isn't relaxing at all. I mentioned how much paint was around my skin and they did bring them back to fix them however these pics are after them being fixed. To get the paint off my skin was filed and is sore now and the nails are so short now too. I paid for a manicure and essentially it was just gel done. No massage or lotion. so i went here to get my nails done for prom and i didn't get anything too crazy. literally i just got black stiletto nails. they looked good and i was content. then i had one break, went and got it fixed. and then another broke then another and another. granted i had to go back each time to get them fixed and they fixed them for free but i didn't even have the full set for a week! it was so frustrating i had to go back to the nail salon probably 4 times in one week only for the nails to keep breaking. the day of prom i was shuffling through a basket of clothes and one just snapped. i ended up calling again and the manager sounded annoyed because i had called multiple times but never once was i rude. he told me i needed to not get my nails so long and they weren't even long in the first place. and then told me i needed to change the nail shape which is bs because i should be able to get the nails i want and not have to worry about them breaking. they were done super thin and broke from the smallest things such as scratching my arm. they never once offered a refund for having half of my nails break in less than a week. i felt bad to keep calling but i can't help my nails being so thin that they would probably break if a feather landed on one. the manager seemed so annoyed with me and just was saying "ok ok ok" to everything i was telling him about. i have gone here s few times and haven't had the best experience each time. they don't listen to you and get annoyed easily. read more
