They were able to do my sister's hair exactly as she wanted, and she was really happy with it. I, however, had no idea what I wanted and just asked them to make me look pretty - and they did!! And, it held up to the 30mph winds we had that day. My makeup (airbrush) looked totally natural and came out perfectly in the pictures, too. I couldn't be happier with them!

I've come here several times for different services, including eyebrow waxing, a lymphatic drainage…read moremassage, and most recently, an Indian head massage. I've always had great experiences, but this last visit really stood out. Mary was my therapist, and she was absolutely wonderful. Her energy was so calming and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly kind, accommodating, and took the time to really understand what I wanted to get out of my appointment. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing the best experience possible. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to booking with her again. The only downside was that my appointment started about 15 minutes late because the client before me arrived late, which pushed the entire schedule back. Unfortunately, I had another commitment afterward and couldn't stay later, so I ended up losing part of my appointment time. I understand that delays happen, but I think a better solution would be to either reschedule significantly late clients or shorten their appointment so the rest of the day's schedule isn't impacted. It was disappointing to lose time from my service due to circumstances outside of my control. That said, Mary handled the situation with professionalism and made the most of the time we had. Her excellent care more than made up for the delay, and I'll definitely be returning.

I try to do one things a month for myself (massage, manicure, pedicure etc). I had never had a…read morefacial so I thought I would give it a try. I booked a custom facial with additional massage. I told the esthetician that I have sensitive skin and to please adjust products accordingly. She told me I was wrong and didn't have sensitive skin. I should have left then but I thought once she looked at it under the light she would see I was correct. Oh how I was wrong. I even told her during the facial that my skin was a tingly and felt funny. Im kicking myself for not getting up and leaving then too. So now I'm having to schedule a dermatology appointment because my skin looks like strawberry. It is red and itchy and burns. They may do ok with skin that isn't sensitive but I don't recommend even trying it with sensitive skin. Also don't add on the additional massage. It wasn't a real massage. Pressure was light and that is being generous. It felt more like she was putting lotion on my skin. With all the places in St Louis, I would find a different place for a facial and massage.

First, you get a detoxifying Chinese foot soak while laying down and receiving a hand and head massage. Then, a super relaxing foot and leg massage and later flipped over for a full back/shoulder massage. They make sure to massage every area and also so attentive by asking pressure levels. I've heard both great reviews with male or female masseuses. My boyfriend usually prefers a woman and I prefer a male. It's a very clean environment and welcoming energy.

Fair warning: All of the people getting massaged are in one open room, so there's no privacy per se, but everyone is clothed so it's sort of similar to a nail salon (but way more peaceful). I opted for the 40-minute foot-only massage, but would upgrade to something more elaborate next time so I could do the hand/head massage addition as well. My only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING, including the guy coughing his lungs out in the bathroom and when people walk in the front door, which can interrupt the zen-ness a bit. Still 100% worth it and pregnant lady approved!

ZERO STARS! WORST MASSAGE EVER! I found STL Massage on GROUPON. Unfortunately, you cannot write…read morereviews on Groupon or this could of probably been avoided. My therapist was Ken. First, the way this business makes appointments is through EMAIL ONLY! What a pain in the ass! It's a back-and-forth process. You email them your available times and dates then they email you back. It took seven emails before I had a time and a date set!!! Ridiculous! (Because of this, I knew I would never go back) Second, their web page is a bunch of information all bunched together. It's completely unorganized and almost impossible to navigate and comprehend. Third and foremost, IT WAS THE WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! EVER! I purchased a 90-minute Swedish massage. Ken hardly used any pressure whatsoever! I asked him three different times to apply more pressure during the massage. He would for about 30 seconds to a minute and then go back to what he was doing previously. He did not massage my neck, hands or feet!?!?!?! What kind of massage is that? I had a crick in my neck that I told him about when I got there. He didn't even touch it! When I asked about it, he simply said "I did the best I could." I am frustrated, disappointed and unsatisfied. Never again!!! Fourth, it was dirty! No aromatherapy, no rugs on the floor, a sheet placed on top of the vinyl padding that is it! Very unsanitary!!!
