The environment is friendly, relaxed and well equipped with yoga props. The instructors all have a bio on the site so you can read about them. They offer a variety of programs from individuals well-known in the yoga community, some nationally or internationally recognized as well. They offer 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training.
There is a large studio in the lower level, but they've expanded into the 2nd floor as well. They offer a free clas to anyone attending for the first time. I have taken classes with a variety of regular instructors and have found every single one of them to be kind, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable in their teaching. This is a place where you can feel comfortable, at home, regardless of your level of experience.
Look at their website, try a class and decide for yourself.
I invite friends and family to go with me often, share their offerings on facebook. I participated in their first 200 hour yoga teacher training and love to go to Gaia, although I do not work there. Namaste. read more
