The workout classes vary between 45 minute isometric and 15 minute high intensity workouts. Jenn signed me up, with a one-time enrollment fee for the first month. Then the following monthly fee is $60. The facilities are clean with 9 saunas, each with adjustable temperatures. A dedicated workout zone, more typical to standard gym with a few fitness machines and equipment. Also, a shower stall inside. I highly recommend trying this place out, your first class is FREE!

Nonetheless, workouts are what you make them, regardless of who's present. The center really appreciate their clientele, as they award members with a "Member of the Month" honor. And for those parents with little people, the center offers childcare services from Monday through Saturday. Awesome! The staff is very down to earth and accommodating. This center is mid-sized with it's own private lot. Here, multiple classes are offered such as yoga, tai-chi, aerobics and much more. There's courts for racquetball and basketball. Weight room, machines and sauna are available, naturally. Very, very clean locker room, showers and restroom. I can tell that the quaint, yet mighty staff care heavily about this space.
