They can be a bit petty about their "no outside food or drink policy" I guess because they sell food and drinks but some of these parents are here 3-5 hours a day. Also some of the programs can get a bit pricey but for me it's worth it. Nothing too much for my baby girl! LOL But if you have an active kid or want one to be,give them a try!

I have to admit I am pretty spoiled by my Anytime home gym in Georgia,, which is probably the biggest and best in the chain. That being said this location is clean and bright and well equipped with cardio and machines, but with a very limited free weight selection. After a long gap away -- and at 62, dealing with asthma and a fitness level that needed rebuilding from the ground up -- I knew I needed a program with a gentler touch and coaches who actually understood where older adults are starting from. That's exactly what I found. Instructors Ali and Alyssa are patient, encouraging, and always ready with modifications when the prescribed movement is more than you can handle that day. There's no pressure, no judgment -- just steady, thoughtful progression that meets you where you are. I'm only two weeks back in, but I already feel a difference in my confidence, and I know the physical changes are coming. The Legends program blends strength, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning specifically designed for adults 55+ who want to stay strong and active for the long haul. If you're on the fence about whether a place like this is "for you," trust me -- it is.
