His personalized training program for me made it both challenging and rewarding. I was so pleased with my overall improvements in strength and muscle definition that I convinced my husband to start training with me and Mike. We still train a couple times a month with Mike to stay on track with our different fitness goals (sports training and half marathon cross-training), and we both are thrilled with our results.
