So I decided to come back. Get my mind right. Get my body right. Step back into that early morning glory. And... immediately regretted it. Let me set the scene: One coach. No mic. No form correction. No encouragement. No presence. She introduced the stations, then went off-grid like she had somewhere else to be. I watched people literally coaching each other mid-workout -- not for fun, but out of confusion and concern. Someone almost got hit by a weight. I wish I were exaggerating. It was giving: "You got it, girl!" but in the way people say it when you don't got it and they're just hoping for the best. This is not the F45 experience I knew -- and not the one that keeps people paying boutique prices. This was a self-guided tour through chaos, with vibes but no supervision. Like an escape room... with dumbbells. What happened to the two-coach model? The accountability? The energy? This isn't just about convenience -- it's about safety, quality, and the entire point of going to a class instead of winging it in your living room. No shade to the coach -- this feels like a systems issue. And judging from the whispers during class and in the parking lot after -- I'm not the only one noticing. If things ever shift back to real coaching, energy, and safety, I'd love to return. But right now, it's not giving what it used to give -- and I hope whoever's running things sees that before more members walk away

The classes are split between cardio and weight workouts. They have hybrid workouts during the week too! The coaches at Dogtown are great at making sure you get a good workout. They help modify exercises as well. The gym is clean and well maintained. They give you complimentary towels for your workout. The gym is also great at getting involved in local community events and supporting other local businesses! There are no elliptical machines, no treadmills, and no weight machines. CrossFit is all about taking a bare-bones approach to working out and training. If you are into CrossFit or looking to start with CrossFit then this is the place for you. The trainers are all knowledgeable and well trained in helping you be your best. The other members are friendly and you feel welcome right away. At times it feels more like joining a team rather than joining a gym. The gym website lists the different training options available though it seems that classes are the most popular option. There are also many payment options available including single visit and monthly packages. The only commitment necessary is a commitment you make to yourself.

His personalized training program for me made it both challenging and rewarding. I was so pleased with my overall improvements in strength and muscle definition that I convinced my husband to start training with me and Mike. They are welcoming, knowledgeable, professional and well organized. A supportive community with good class sizes. Prices are comparable with other boxes. My situation was unique in that I was looking to begin my life with crossfit, but was going to be moving out of the state at the end of the month so I would only be able to attend for 2 weeks, so they were accommodating and gave me a good introductory price. Can't say enough good things about Jordan and Duggy, 2 of the coaches you'll have classes with. I'm really grateful this was my initiation in to crossfit.
