My daughter does swim lessons here and Bryant is always nice and welcoming at the front.

Planet Fitness in Ferguson, MO offers a clean space with well-maintained equipment, and its…read moregenerous layout makes workouts comfortable even during peak hours. The staff are generally friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming environment for members. A key recommendation would be to broaden the selection of workout equipment. Adding squat racks, a designated free weight area equipped with barbells and benches, and a GluteBlast Hip Thrust Machine could reduce reliance on the smith machines for certain exercises. Furthermore, increasing the variety of squat machines beyond the existing hammer strength linear press would further improve the facility's amenities.

I signed up on line and went to this Ferguson location. I have never been there or to any gym…read more Since I'm getting older I figure I should do some kind of exercises to stay active. The commercials say how welcoming and friendly they are. Not true. I walked in. No welcome, Ok. Pull out my phone and ask; do I scan this thing here?, guy says yes. I ask; is that all I need to do? He says, yes. I wander away. He calls me back and says he needs to take my picture. I'm thinking ok, someone will show me around since they obviously know it's my first time. No. He takes the picture. I ask is there anything else? He shakes his head. I wander around still with my coat on. They are all chit chatting with one another. I go to the counter and ask if I need to check out. They say no, you can just leave. I'm sorry I got this membership. The commercial is misleading. Maybe this is how it goes and I'm wrong but I didn't feel welcomed

As I walked back to my car I asked a member if she knew when they opened. She said 9:00 but when she realized it was after 9 she said "oh I think they just changed it". But everything posted says 9:00. Not sure what's going on there but definitely a horrible first impression. I was really hoping to sign up there, it's right by my house.

I can't afford a person trainer in which I would need for the problems that I have that I would have to have a trainer to do the do it right but there's good people there. I just wish they had a little more. Maybe one of those classes but I guess it's just not meant to be right now. But it sure would be nice. Remember I talked to one of the district managers on the phone and I told him that the arthritis was pretty bad and my back was this messed up and he was nice and he just said oh that's that's hard to manage. I was just looking for an answer or hoping for one like well. It's always the fact that it's never too late, but you have to know how to build the muscles up so you don't hurt yourself worse and the only way to do that is with the trainer and unfortunately they need to work too and I can't afford that. I just wish that when he said that that's hard to manage. That's not what I was going there far or asking about. I go to my doctor to manage that. I don't go to the gym to do that. I would love to have the muscles in my back. Just a little bit more stronger. It's never too late. That's what they say but I was told it's hard to manage so that's kind of why I've never went back in there. They've got awesome trainers but I don't even know if it cost to get a consultation. That's what I was looking for. Also come in. We'll have a consultation but instead I got it's hard to manage so that's why I haven't been back in there. That's just me
