    Minus -* actually, Groupon buyer beware! I Would advise to stay away from this "company". I use…read morethe term "company" loosely because it is one woman with no staff. I called nearly a month ago to get an appointment and received a voicemail saying appointments needed to be set up online at just relax.biz. (Groupon told me this is not correct she must make appointments how she agreed to it on their website which was by phone) I went to the website and it showed she was booked through May2018, This was in early November. (I knew this could not possibly be true) I called the company back and this time waited for the beep and left a message stating the above. I got a call back the next day saying that they only book 1 month in advance and November was already filled. She advised me to call back on 30 November and December would become available. (she said if I did not call on 30 November that I probably would not be able to get in in the month of December, so I put a reminder in my phone) I told her that My Groupon expires December 14 She stated if I did not get an appointment before the 14th I would have to pay full price would be required to pay the difference between the Groupon price I already paid and the regular price. My reminder came up today and I went to the website where I was able to select a massage time, however it would not allow me to complete the transaction after I entered my personal information. I got completely out and tried it again without success. At 9 AM I called the business and left a message. At 10:15 AM I called back and left another message. Shortly after that the owner/manager/receptionist/massage therapist Lola,(I only know this because the website said that to my massage would be with) called me and said the problem must be on my end. I told her I went out to the website several times and even had an appointment time but the site would not confirm. She suggested I find another computer to try it on and resubmit it again. She told me I needed to do it quickly as the slots were filling up. I advised her I did not have access to another computer and my mobile device is working just fine. I asked if she could please just booked the two massages that I had paid for. She refused. When I asked for her name she would not respond, there was just silence on the other end. At one point in the conversation she told me she had to do a massage soon so she had to go. I asked her if she was the manager; she said she was the manager/receptionist/massage therapist. I asked her, does that mean you are the ONLY employee and she said yes. I Pressed her to find a resolution for this issue and she said she did not know what to tell me. There was silence on the phone for about 30 seconds and I asked her again if she was there and what solution she could provide? She said she had no solution. Really???? You own the place and you can't make a simple appointment???? I was on the phone with her for 7 minutes answering questions about how I entered the information online etc. She could have book an appointment for myself and my husband in two minutes but instead was obstinate and unyielding in her conviction that the problem was mine, not hers! I finally told her I guess I was going to have to contact Groupon and get a refund? She said yes, I think so! Since this whole bad business deal ended up taking up so much of my time and energy I just decided to spend a little bit more time and energy letting you know what you might expect!!!

I called a few weeks ago to schedule my appointment where they booked it for me. At that time, I provided my gift card info to them for booking purposes. After a lackluster massage I realize it was only 50 min and was a bit confused. I was then told at the front desk that the 60 min massage service is what was booked and that I'd need to pay out of pocket because the gift card needs to be used for the exact service rendered. Now why in the world would I pay for a 90 min massage gift card then only book a 60 min massage? Secondly, the appointment was booked over the phone by their staff who knew the gift card promo I was using. After further discussion at the front desk I was told they would "comp" the difference of the full price service today and "allow" me to use the gift card for the 60 min massage. I asked if I could have the 30 minutes added to my next appointment of which they refused. To try and have me pay MORE for a massage that was less than the package I paid for is crazy and terrible customer service. What a wonderful Mother's Day gift
