ZERO STARS! WORST MASSAGE EVER! I found STL Massage on GROUPON. Unfortunately, you cannot write…read morereviews on Groupon or this could of probably been avoided. My therapist was Ken. First, the way this business makes appointments is through EMAIL ONLY! What a pain in the ass! It's a back-and-forth process. You email them your available times and dates then they email you back. It took seven emails before I had a time and a date set!!! Ridiculous! (Because of this, I knew I would never go back) Second, their web page is a bunch of information all bunched together. It's completely unorganized and almost impossible to navigate and comprehend. Third and foremost, IT WAS THE WORST MASSAGE IVE EVER HAD! EVER! I purchased a 90-minute Swedish massage. Ken hardly used any pressure whatsoever! I asked him three different times to apply more pressure during the massage. He would for about 30 seconds to a minute and then go back to what he was doing previously. He did not massage my neck, hands or feet!?!?!?! What kind of massage is that? I had a crick in my neck that I told him about when I got there. He didn't even touch it! When I asked about it, he simply said "I did the best I could." I am frustrated, disappointed and unsatisfied. Never again!!! Fourth, it was dirty! No aromatherapy, no rugs on the floor, a sheet placed on top of the vinyl padding that is it! Very unsanitary!!!

Felt very uncomfortable, and anytime Ken would go by her leg he would take a big whiff, my gf would felt petrified.

If you have $40 + tip to spare on a relaxing moment of self-care, this is a great place to do it…read more I went to a place like this regularly in Chicago and was stoked to find something similar here in STL. Fair warning: All of the people getting massaged are in one open room, so there's no privacy per se, but everyone is clothed so it's sort of similar to a nail salon (but way more peaceful). I opted for the 40-minute foot-only massage, but would upgrade to something more elaborate next time so I could do the hand/head massage addition as well. My only complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING, including the guy coughing his lungs out in the bathroom and when people walk in the front door, which can interrupt the zen-ness a bit. Still 100% worth it and pregnant lady approved!

I have been to several LMT's in O'Fallon and Fairview Heights Illinois area and never went back …read more The rates they quoted were different than what was advertised or if the LMT were late getting the room set back up then they were late with getting me in for my massage. In fact I stopped waisting my time looking for a good LMT. But I decided to give Masha Davis a try after reading her blog about how she got interested in pursuing her career as a LMT. The first time I went to see Masha she did an awesome job working out the kinks in my neck and shoulder . My massage was 90min for a very reasonable price . Not only was she very personable, but she is very caring and attentive and she makes sure you get every minute of your massage. And today I just had a 2 hour Aromatherapy massage today by Masha and it was amazing as the last time. Masha takes pride in giving the best massage to suit her clients needs. For example I had complained of a migrane and she focused massaging my neck, head, & shoulder area. Masha also shared some home remedies to help ease my migrane. I'm so glad I finally found a caring , and friendly LMT that gives you a massage every minute that you pay for and I'm thankful that my massage gets started on time every time:) I look forward to booking my next appointment real soon:)
