We came here for pedicures on Valentine's Day and they were able to get us in as walk-ins. It was a little bit of a wait though and I wasn't sure why because several employees were sitting around and there were multiple empty pedicure chairs. I later realized that they were waiting for a female tech to be available for habibi. ALOE VERA PEDICURE I got this one, which came with a hot stone massage, paraffin wax, and hot towels. Eric did my pedicure and he was fantastic. He was gentle with my sensitive toes and he constantly checked to make sure that the temperature and everything was good for me. He's a very kind and personable person. He did exactly what I asked for - French tip toes - and they turned out great. Days later my feet are still so soft. Habibi said his tech was too rough. He said she kept hurting his feet with the drill, even after he informed her, and she burned him with the hot stones. (He got the Diamond pedicure.) Despite his quips, his feet looked and felt much better post pedi. The message mechanism in the pedicure chairs was nice. I particularly liked that it had a tall/normal/petite option. Normal chairs roll right over my head, so the petite option hit all the right spots. The salon is clean, bright, and the open floor plan makes it appear larger than it actually is. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. She asked several times if I wanted something to drink, even after I was already seated in the chair. They also had treats: cookies, fruit and cheese trays; I'm assuming because it was lovey day. The prices were fair and I was charged for exactly what was serviced. I found a coupon on their website and was able to use it without any issues. I already have a dedicated nail tech elsewhere, but I would certainly return here for a pedicure. read more

2.5 stars. Previously I had a great tech - Tayler. Doesn't rush things, quality work, gentle. But this time I had someone else even though I specifically requested him and I got cut by their scrub brush because she started using it on my ankle instead of my callouses. She was nice but I definitely didn't appreciate the cut for the rest of my pedicure. My main gripe though is the professionalism of the front desk lady. Normally there is this sweet girl up front but this new person yelled at one of her coworkers in front of me and other guests because he was correctly trying to address the fact that I had been waiting longer for a scheduled appointment than the walk ins that just came in the door. And then answered her personal cell phone and stood in front of me trying to conduct her own personal business while I waited to pay. I don't have a problem with my tech other than the fact she accidentally cut me which is why I won't include her name. I just wish the professionalism here was better. My husband and I went in for mani pedi (no color for the both of us) . Walked in with no appointments and they were able to take us immediately. They looked really well staffed. The place is very big! The place is decently clean, could be cleaner but maybe they had a really busy Saturday. We did go in around 430pm ish . I also would like to thank them for accommodating me, I requested my nail tech to be female. And they were able to get me a female with no issues . We both got the milk and honey pedicure. It was so lovely! (57$ each) The leg and foot massage was great! It didn't feel rushed. I think my person was named Maria. Not sure of the name that did my husband's. They were both very nice and friendly! They even gave us information on where we can get bubble tea from and Asian supermarkets! We just moved here from NYC so that was very helpful and nice! The mani was simple and quick. I like them short and rounded. Our total was 164$ I believe before tips. We will be returning every month. I hope the service will be like today's every time we go! I visited on a Thursday to get a full set and pedicure for my birthday. I was ok with the full set until the woman doing my pedicure started the high pressure sales pitch to urge me to get a fill in. I explained I literally just got a full set but she was INSISTING I needed a fill. I finally said "10 minutes before you arrived I sat in your coworkers chair and received a full set". She finally stopped but then I looked at my nails. They WERE awful and looked like I needed a fill. I didn't have time to wait to get them redone and the manager said I can come back. She said sometimes they put them back like that so they won't lift. Yeah ok. I was going out of town and would be unable to return and I told them that. I was offered nothing else. I am COMPLETELY upset my nails look like this for my birthday. I was there less than a week ago and it looks like I have two week old nails. My total was $135 and I left no tip. I was not provided good service and I'm still offended at the woman who did my pedi insisting I needed a fill after getting a full set in the same business. I got a manicure, dip powder, and a cut down. The tech was polite and did a great job. My nails, as you can see, are not that long and I was charged $85. I liked the salon but probably will not be going back as per their menu online (which I did not see posted inside) the manicure should have been 20, dip 38, cut down 3, and shape 5 which adds up to 66. I feel I was over charged and that is unfortunate because I liked the salon. If you try this place out, I would be wary when getting a price quote. read more

Sooo...I gave this place another try and it was even worse than the first time. I am done. My daughter went with me. We both received basic mani/pedi. She is 10. The male worker that did my mani/pedi was lazy and could not care less about my visit. Pedi first. Freezing cold water, no massage on legs or feet and went as fast as he could. Watched tv the whole time. Manicure was no better. He took the drill and ran it over my nails. I was just getting a basic manicure. Clean up cuticles and such. He did not massage the hands or do the hot towel. And he was going to leave my nails looking all rough. I got the manager and he told the guy to buff them. I don't do polish. I'm like what is going on? Why would you leave my nails like this. He does not understand or speak English. And the Manager barely does. I had to file my nails and touch them up while waiting for daughter. The lady that did her nails got the polish everywhere. I said you need to clean this off You pay for a service you should leave happy. Her nails looked awful. She took excess polish off and added another coat and fixed the one nail that was messed up. My daughter was almost in tears until she fixed it. I left there paying $100!!! for 2 basic manis and pedis and had the worst experience. I will never go back. I gave them a second chance and should have went with my gut. You can't even complain to anyone because no one understands what you are saying. we set appointments for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. Got there. Rushed in. Not spoken to by the ladies doing the services. tried to talk us into more expensive procedures. Rushed pedi. Rushed is to the mail chairs. The website says they close at 7:30. At 6:00 PM, they were cleaning and locking doors. The person doing my nails abruptly left after motioning me to a different chair. A guy took over and it was disastrous. My nails look terrible, were put under UV only once, and were extremely sore and itchy from having soaked in acetone for entirely too long. I told them up front of how bad it was and I got a "sorry." Never again. Don't go. Their prices are crazy, as well. Our final price didn't match the menu of services, either. read more
