My husband had an appointment today which I made based on the reviews. He has a tooth abscess and unfortunately face was getting swollen. Urgent care suggested he maintain his Saturday appointment and continue with antibiotics. 45 mins into his appointment, he txt me that the doctor was not in the office yet. He waited about 1.5 hours for her to arrive for her 11 am scheduled appointment. Dental assistant said he was calling her, txting her without any response. Good ole social media search showed she had posted 2 hours prior to his appointment. I totally understand life happens but when I made the appointment I explained he needed care due to extreme pain and swelling. Now he won't have an opportunity to see a dentist until Monday. This dentist is a scam. Had an emergency extraction done for my daughter & they claimed our insurance doesn't cover the cost of majority of the work that was being done so we paid out of pocket. Shortly after, they filed a claim through our insurance company & it was covered. We were wrongfully charged & they did it for financial gain. Also tried to communicate this with them but they were uncooperative & unprofessional. Not to mention the level of discomfort our daughter felt being there. I think that doctor is amazing. I had an emergency one day. I was San Diego and I called her up and she took me in the same day. She cured me of all my pain and now I am amazing. PLZ READ THIS AND DONT GO TO SAMIRA , I went to her 2 years ago for a dental cleaning she end up changing my crown that was ok and didnt need any changes. I end up walking with INFECTIONS for over 2 years now and didnt know what was wrong with me , I went from Doctors offices to another finally had to do a ctscan to be able to locate the infected tooth. Samira left me with a new crown that had 3 big holes around the crown so food has been trapped in there and got infected, when i told her that this crown is not good Wouldn't care and left me as a very unhappy clint. I have for the passed 2 years taking antibiotics of and one because i cant afford another crown that is going to cost me $3000 and my insurance wont pay for another one because samiras office already charged my insurance enough. The last time i went to her office was today because they told me that the office will reimburse me money so i can go somewhere els and fix my tooth, But unfortunately they scheduled me and 3 other very unhappy clients and samiras assistant (Xiomara)told all of us that the doctor is sick today and she told all of us to leave the office and she looked the door behind us. I meet a guy outside her office that had a similar experience as me he was also walking around with and infection and he was very unhappy and he was complaining about the office and about samira, he also mentioned that the staff keeps changing over short periods of time and they are not happy and they all leave. As a doctor samira is a very unprofessional and she lies and she doesn't do a good job. Please be careful and don't waste your time in her office as you will regret it.
