WORST experience ever. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! They just want money. I had a crown 2 month ago from another dentist, then Dr Seini said that I needto repace that crown because the shape was not right. Seriously it cost more than 1k for a crown , I am not gonna change it every two months. Then Dr.Seini recommended me to get deep cleaning while I just had deep cleaning two months ago. Furthermore, the assistant kept selling invisiline to me, which cost 6k! When I clearly said I am not intetested. They still made me watch the video about invisiline and gave me 6k quote and just won't stop selling. The doctor does not care here! They just want your money! Dr Seini is not my normal dentist but she was able to fit us in on the day when an emergency happened. Yelp reviews seemed to be divided - either 5 stars or 1 star. I read some of the negative reviews before the appointment and honestly it made me nervous. But the actual experience in general was great. Front office was great and professional. Wait was a bit long but considering that I made appointment 2 hours prior, no complaint here. I read in some of the reviews that Dr Seini pushed for unnecessary services but it wasn't the case in my experience. X-ray didn't show anything ordinary and she said it as is. She did mention that we needed to see an orthodontist, which I was already aware of, and gave us a reference. Overall, everything was handled professionally. read more

Finally decided to take advantage of my dental insurance and get some cleaning done. I chose this dentist because of the location and hours. Location -parking is a little tight but i've never had a problem finding a spot. Clinic is located across from Albertson's next to a nail salon. Small waiting area but that's not a problem because if you are on time for your appointment, you don't have to wait! I love that. I've always been ushered back and seen almost immediately. Dr Seini and Briana were SO AMAZING! I called on a Monday (they actually weren't in the office) because I had an infected tooth, and they saw me within a couple hours! I was already so grateful for them for coming in just to help me with my issue. They were very kind, and gentle and always asked how I was doing throughout the process. Ok so this is a review based on my very first experience with Dr. Seini. 1.) Fast Checkin. I was just at Western Dental with my husband because he needed a tooth extraction. His tooth was honestly reallllllllly bad. So I checked Yelp and the most attractive deal was the one I chose to call. Yes it literally took them like 10 minutes for him to get checked in. 2.) Friendly and Helpful staff. I know customer service and to be treated like family into a place my husband and I are deadly afraid to go, IS ABSOLUTELY HUGE FOR US! My husband has horrible teeth, I admit it. We have been avoiding these visits for ever because he simply hates paying the price for bad teeth. 3.) Payment plans. I recently got laid off about 2 weeks so you could only imagine how hard it is for us right now financially. I go from working Full time to not working at all. It's depressing. To have this flexibility with us to have payment plans is incredible. These people are genuine. And honest to god care about their patients. I will add more to this review once the procedure is completed. I don't understand most of these bad reviews. This Dentist had a great personality and actually took the time to greet me and understand our needs. In the past I've had very bad experiences with other dentists that I've had, such as having root canals without being numbed enough. That lead me to have a phobia of going to the dentist. When my wisdom teeth started to grow in and grow into my molars I began having an immense amount of pain and I knew I had to find a new dentist. My grandma and I searched yelp and we eventually found Doctor Samira Seini. We saw her spectacular reviews on yelp and knew she was the dentist for me! Doctor Seini took away all my fear of going to the dentist. She is very kind, gentle, and comforting. She removed my wisdom teeth without causing me even the slightest bit of pain. She's also filled cavities in my mouth and is always very gentle. Usually I would be extremely nervous as soon as I come into the dentists office and especially when I'm about to have something done, but when I come to get work done by Doctor Seini I notice that I don't have the fear of going to the dentist like I used to. She is an amazing dentist and I'm very confident in her work so I have nothing to worry about. It's a great feeling! She is definitely the best dentist I've ever gone to. Most recently I had 6 veneers on my upper front teeth done by Doctor Seini, something I've been wanting to do for years. I've always been very self conscious about my front teeth due to them being crooked and discolored due to being given fluoride as a child in school. Doctor Seini's veneers are amazing! My experience at Samira Seini's clinic has been excellent. I needed gum surgery and every step of the process has been accommodating and pleasant. The surgeon was very skilled in anesthetizing the area that had to be worked on. The surgery went by quickly and it has healed very well. I'm happy with the results. Ever since I was 5 I was super scared of the dentist. I don't know why but my heart just beats super fast whenever I have to open the door towards the dental office. I hate check ups, I hate everything that deals with teeth because of my terrifying experiences with the dentist. Now that I'm a lot older, nothing has changed. Still scared and heart is still beating fast whenever I have to make an appointment. Ever since I found Dr. Seini, all my fears have gone away. She is literally the best. She makes small talk with you and makes sure that there is nothing to worry about. Her technique is great thus it won't even hurt! And if it does then she'll make it last only for a few seconds. We checked yelp to find places near us, open on Sunday, and we couldn't find anything. We kept searching and luckily we found Dr. Seini's office and she was able to schedule is within a few hours! She was very kind,explained everything to us, and my boyfriend was able to go home that same day with a temporary tooth and plan to get his new permanent teeth!! I have not been to a dentist in 5 years due to the lack of insurance, so when my father's work finally gave us insurance I quickly found the closest dentist on my insurance and found Dr. Seini, it was a little confusing since their are 2 dentistry offices in the parking lot but just remember hers is the one on the east side of the building. However once i walked in i was taken care of. She sat me down and we had a plesent talk about what to expect since i hadn't had any dentistry done in 5 years. Then came the inspection of my chompers, I had some mild gingivitis and 5 cavities in the valleys of my molars. However after talking a little more about the procedure and the cleaning afterward that would happen I felt much better about it and looked forward to having a healthy and clean set of teeth afterward. The First procedure was the drilling and filling of my cavities which I had never had before so I was a little nervous (mostly I was nervous about the pain, I hate any sort of pain since I have some cold sensitive teeth) however Dr. Seini was very heavy on the topical anesthetic which helped with the added needle applied anesthetic. Once I was all numbed up she and her assistant began drilling, the only time I felt any pain was when the drill went a little too deep in the tooth but it was a very mild pain (mostly a shock since I felt nothing then all the sudden something was there, felt mostly cold though). Then she and her assistant filled the holes as they made them and then evened them out to make sure the fillings didn't mess with my bite alignment. Once my fillings were done she cleaned under my gums to kill germs that were hiding thanks to the gingivitis and cleaned my teeth I was out of there. In all a very pleasant experience, everybody was super nice and helpful and professional. Explained every step of the process and listened to what I had to say. Definitely going back there for all of my work needed and checkups, plus its walking distance from my home which helps tremendously! LONG DETAILED REVIEW!!! MUST READ!!! My 5 year old daughter has had a severe toothache for the past 4 days. Her usual dentist is closed from Saturday to Monday and does not have flexibility on appointment dates and times. I work full time in Los Angeles and live in San Bernardino County. Finding an emergency pediatric dentist that is available on the weekend or after the usual 8am to 5pm weekday hours is RARE. Like Unicorn RARE. I found myself searching "Emergency Pediatric Dentist After Hours" yesterday and the first person listed was Dr. Seini's office. I looked at the reviews and even browsed through her website and figured I'd give it a shot and contact them HOPING that the reviews were as accurate as the person on the other side of the phone call. Right off the bat, I explained my situation, and with no hesitation Dr Seini's office was able to give me an appointment the next day. I received a call around noon today from the office asking if I could come in a little bit later (Appt. Time was 4:30pm) since Dr. Seini needed to go to Irvine. With my luck, I actually needed a later appointment due to the distance of the drive. They were so accommodating and understanding of my situation. The fact that Dr. Seini was willing to go out of her way and come back to the Orange location just for my daughter made me feel like she must really be a genuine, kind, and caring person. Which is a RARE quality to come across nowadays in healthcare. When we arrived around 6:30pm (underestimated traffic), I felt so bad for showing up behind schedule but her office staff was more than happy to help. Dr. Seini showed up not too long after we arrived, she had her daughter with her! At first this made me feel like a horrible person, having her come back to work this late and also being a brand new patient to her practice. I thought forsure she was definitely not looking forward to seeing us. As soon as she introduced herself, I immediately knew that my daughter was in great hands. She went above and beyond and did not give us a hard time at all about being there so late. She explained every step clearly and gave us options of which procedures could be done and the benefits and cons of each option. We decided to do a tooth extraction. To top it off, she gave us a prescription for antibiotics, instructions for post procedure care, and a post op visit within 5 days! She also explained the cost of everything on the spot, which I appreciate very much because nowadays there are hidden fees in every corner but she was straight forward and got the job done! The entire visit lasted about 2 and 1/2 hours and everything was resolved and my daughter is now pain free. Better than a trip to the emergency room! Don't know where to start exactly but called the 24 hour hotline in regards to a tooth that was infected and was getting concerned because my face was swelling so bad it was going to cover my eye. Called and it was picked up by a very nice person, asked some questions explained what the dentist I saw that afternoon told me and she stated in a very professional way that they are wrong. After some consulting I was able to get the right medication and dosage for my situation. Asked the professional if I can have her name for such a great service and to my disbelief it was the doctor her self.
