Throughout the process, he makes our plan very transparent and up-to-date so that we know what to expect. Unlike other offices we have been to, he and his assistant are very prompt in answering our needs and will reply to questions within hours. Dr. Chalabi is amazing!! We love to travel and eat! And so nothing is more important than having the best teeth and oral hygiene possible. Last year, I was struggling with cavities and tooth pain and even used to have small bleeds when I brushed hard. But then I met Dr. Chalabi at Perfect Smiles, and my mouth has never been happier! My fiancé is a dental assistant so she searched through several different personal contacts and world-renounced specialists when I needed dental care. Luckily, she found Dr. Chalabi. On our first day visiting the office, Dr. Chalabi explained everything about my treatment. He spent a whole hour dedicated just to us. He even brought pictures and models to show me exactly what my teeth could look like after the treatment was complete. And, most importantly, he did everything with such a warm kind smile. There was no pressure to buy anything or commit to the treatment. He simply gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. It's now been about a year and half into my dental treatment. Along the way, Dr. Chalabi has kept close tabs on my teeth with regular appointments every month. I researched other places, even my own dentist, but wasn't convinced. I was referred to Dr. Chalabi by my sisters Dentist in Tustin. I set up an appointment to come in for a free consultation and since that day, here I am! Dr. Chalabi was very detailed in explaining what type of bite I had (underbite) and what my 3 options where, one of them being having 2 of my teeth extracted, luckily never happened or has happened yet! Having braces for the first time was pretty nerve-racking since I had seen videos of people in pain etc. Only pain I had was for a week or two when I had to get "spacers" a small blue thick rubber band. But after that everything was very smooth and pain free, of course there would be some discomfort but nothing crazy. Scheduling an appointment was always easy and every time I showed up, I didn't have to wait he was always ready to go! I honestly would look forward to going in every month for my check up because Dr. Chalabi would get super excited with my progress and he knew I really followed his instructions in what I had to do. That also motivates me even more specially when I would see all these crazy changes in my teeth.
