He explained everything he needed to do beforehand and even gave options to get the job done how my wife and I wanted. Highly recommend and I'll be contacting him again soon for future jobs. Richard is the BEST! Same day handyman says it all. He is knowledgeable, reasonable, fast and cleans up after himself. He is truly the "Jack of all Trades". His motto should be "i can do it" because if he doesn't know how to do something, he finds out how to get the job done. read more

My sister and I hired him to put up drywall in her garage. He responded to her request for a quote promptly and provided a timely reasonably priced quote. He did a good job on the drywall (not great but good enough). HOWEVER, he left a complete mess behind once he was done. It was probably at least an inch of dust and debris. It took my sister many hours to clean up. We felt that was unprofessional and should have been cleaned up. He didn't say anything about it. Just left it all there. If it wasn't for the lack of cleanup, I think we would have given him like a 4.5 stars. :-) read more

Richard did respond quickly, but didn't follow through as I had instructed him. I wanted the paint blended with the existing wall above the addressed area, but he refused to do that for the price we had agreed upon. I did give explicit directions for this job and he said he would do it. Then he wanted $50 more to blend the paint even though that was part of the initial job description that he accepted. His attitude could use some adjustment also! read more
