I needed to replace my sprinkler valves in my front yard because they cracked and were leaking/flooding my garden. I called Richard to tell him about the job, and without hesitation, he drove to my house to inspect the problem, right there and then, free of charge. Once he had an understanding of what the job was, he gave us an exceptionally reasonable estimate and said he will start the very next day! Richard came the next day and went straight to work and got the job done within 4 and a half hours! He not only replaced the valves, but he asked me if I wanted to have the valves above ground so they wouldn't be underground anymore and now they are way more accessible than before. Once the setup was complete, we tested it and it worked flawlessly with no leaks! I strongly recommend hiring Richard for whatever project you might need help with, as he is extremely professional and knows EXACTLY what he's doing. Same Day Handyman came to my house was very polite and gave me a great price for putting up 2 post to hold up my fence. He was quick and clean up after the job was done. the work was very nice. He did a great job. He also did some trim work on another day and he was just as professional and did a great job, check it the picture below. He did not leave a mess and painted the trim. I also called Richard out on another day to correct a door frame for me. It had bowed out of place and he fixed it and fixed the broken stucco around the damaged area and it looks great. On another occasion he did the whole back trim for me as it was damaged by water. He fixed it and replaced it very well. He kept the area cleaned and worked very efficiently. He also replace a skylight for me. He did a great job look fantastic. he also did the trim inside with the stucco that was damaged over time and fixed that as well. Had Same Day Handyman Richard come to give me a quote to fix a broken fence and garbage disposer. He quoted me a great price. When he came out to fix the fence he finished the work in a couple of hours and when he went to check on the garbage disposer he fixed it and said that it did not have to be replaced.
