I would have expected them to send me an email letting me know the situation and the solution but they didn't . I had to follow up with them to make sure they were actually going to get it fixed. They took another week to finally fix it. I also caught one of there employees making a disturbing comment on my ring camera thinking it didn't work . I called them and advised them about the comment they had made and how I had it on video and they didn't seem to care . There employees were also seen the next morning really early in the morning sitting in there van in the neighborhood. Honestly really unprofessional and sketchy people.. I wouldn't trust them in my house without supervision at all times. They cared more about getting the remaining balance then their customer satisfaction or dealing with there employee's, even threaten to send me to collections and get a mechanical lien for 299 dollars All the attempts made by you guys where to collect the remaining balance . None of those attempts where to obtain the video or figure out why I was unsatisfied .

I talked to 2 different people over the phone last week and had a good overall experience with them on the phone. Sadly the rest of the rating has to do with service. Legends came and measured my bathroom for a shower door on Thursday early afternoon, I wasn't given much information about when I would receive the quote or anything so I called a couple hours later to find out. I was told that they worked on the quotes for a bit and that quotes were ready next day so I would receive my quote sometime Friday. Friday came and went and now Monday has come and gone and I haven't received so much as a call or text from Legends. I don't really know what happened, maybe they are busy or something. I was going to reach out to them today myself but just didn't have a chance with work but I was hopeful someone would call or text me but nothing. I needed to get this door done so I had to reach out to a different contractor and make a deal without ever getting a quote or any information from Legend, disappointed.
