It was definitely frustrating, but Abraham took my concerns seriously from the beginning. He personally reached out, apologized, offered to restring my racquet free of charge, and even provided a gift card for the inconvenience. What impressed me the most was that he didn't just fix my racquet--he worked to improve the process. When I picked it up today, I noticed they now attach a label showing the string type, tension, date, and stringer. That tells me they're focused on preventing mistakes in the future, not just fixing one complaint. Every business can make mistakes, but not every manager takes ownership the way Abraham did. The Ball Gown created a balance hour glass figure by cinching the natural waist and extending outward . The materials are usually satin , organza or layers of tulle to maintain a grand , floating shape . This place is popular. A appointment is a must . They charged $55 for one hour of trying on 10 gowns with a stylist . It may run over time a little bit but they did not charge us more . Each bride to be and friends got their own changing room and full body mirror , sofa to sit and wait . They serve you ice water with no charge and a menu to order latter and other drinks for a fee . Our personal stylist is Tiffany . She is great . Very patient and helpful to help the bride to come to the conclusion of what type of wedding gowns she actually likes the most . It was an elimination process . We started with 10 gowns and went down to the top two at the end . The prices vary depending on the materials. It ranges about $2000 to $6000 . Veil And alternation fee are extra . It takes 6 months to order a wedding gown if your choice. Then two months before your wedding day they would made smaller adjustments and alterations to fit you perfectly. Within a minute, he was already taking notes of improvements and alternations to be made, even many I didn't consider. In and out within 20 minutes with a plan to pick up in a month. Only $330 for bodice adjustments, hemming, adding slip adjustments, and a wrist strap. When I picked it up about 4 weeks later, it was absolutely perfect.
