The menu too was relatively minimalistic; seven sandwiches, five salads, two or three daily soups, and other snacks, drinks and a few deli goods. Not a demerit for me; that often tells me that put more emphasis on quality than variety, and that was certainly the case here. Ordered the tomato, roasted garlic and spinach soup, in addition to the Hungry Hungry Hipster salad. The soup was super flavorful and savory, with each of the main components in the bar featuring prominently. The garlic was not covered up by the tomato in the broth, and the spinach give very mild bitterness that balanced the bowl.
