No communication. Their machines have ate my money on multiple occasions. At first, second, and third time I told myself "it's only a few dollars". But the fourth time? It's just adding up, the dryer ate $10 worth of quarters! So I went ahead to try and find a way to contact the management there. No one is NEVER at the window, and there's only one phone number posted 808-6883848, and it's for trying to inquire about a job. Alongside an email as well. I've went ahead and sent an email, as well as texted and called the phone number. The voicemail greeting for the number states if having a problem about a machine to leave a message a text the number back about the machine number, date, time, etc. which I did. I even did in the texts and emails. No response still! And get this..... they've "READ" the messages as well! You can seee in the screenshots. After once I get it stuff happens. But after MULTIPLE TIMES, they've done nothing to resolve the issue or provide a way for reimbursement. For this reason, I would not recommend this place to anyone, maybe you'll have no issues when you do your laundry? And that'll be good for you! But just know if you have any problems with the machines? They will do nothing to fix the problem. And just IGNORE YOU! Haven't had to go to a laundromat for years but was forced to due to our washer breaking down. Washing machines range from small loads to very large loads. We used three large load washers, one for $11, and the other two for $12 each, for a total of $35. Not sure how much the small load washers cost. Machines washed clothes thoroughly. There is one super large load washer that'll run you $20 per load. Didn't have to use dryers but they have large load dryers that run about $3.75 for 30 minutes. Small laundromat located at the Salt Lake Shopping Center between a nail shop and Subway's. Overall, great location but pricey. Bring lots of quarters. They have a change machine though. read more

Second week coming here Salt lake laundry due to washer/dryer broken. The so called owner was there using all the loaders and when I went to use one he yelled at me and told me he was using it and I couldn't use it because he had a customer waiting that he was doing laundry for then tried calling security on us because we wanted to use the washer. Came here to do laundry a couple of times during my vacation. It was clean and machines were available both times. Parking lot fills up quickly, so I always went early. There are stores and restaurants nearby to occupy your time as you wait. Reasonably priced detergent in the vending machine if you forgot yours, and a couple of quarter/change machines in the back if you need quarters for the washers and dryers. Been coming here since our dryer broke. Been really good lately, up until today at around 5:10pm. I went to wash my clothes in the very last washer which was a huge washer set my timer on, and went to my car to sit since there wasn't anywhere to be to wait. Once my timer went off, I went back inside (mind you I'm Parker right in front of the shop). I came inside only to see the very last washer open. Walked towards it and was approached by an older woman and a younger lady telling me that they had opened my washer and TOUCHED my clothes. They placed it in a cart and pushed it to the side. Now, I hate when people I don't know touch my belongings. On top of that, all my intimate clothings were touched by those random people. If you're down to stand and wait for your clothes, be my guest. Do not leave the shop or move away from where you had put your clothes. I just wish there were people inside working to keep an eye on the place. read more

There are pros and cons to every laundromat and the pros can arguably outweigh the cons but marginal at best. The pros to this location is that it's 24 hours and the rates for the washers aren't bad but they're not cheap either. I thoroughly understand the cost of living and running a business is pricey so one would need to change prices to accommodate the cost of rent for the location. The cons are as a few others have stated such as the cleanliness of the location and the washer/dryers being down. There have been more times than I personally could count where I've seen roaches scouring through the area and then some customers don't pick up after themselves sometimes leaving dryer sheets and their trash scattered around which is not helping contribute to the wellness of this location. The washer/dryers being down is another thing because yes it does take time to service them but it seems the owner is the only technician who works on them and yes it is a costly operation sometimes to fix the drums of the washer but hiring a technician that lives closer and can answer calls to fix them would be better so downtime is drastically reduced. There really isn't a way to contact anyone if there is issues with machines or if the coin dispenser runs out you need to head to the stores nearby and hope they have change and if it's late at night it's near impossible. read more

The Salt Lake laundromat is a family owned business. I love coming here because it's conveniently located and the service is awesome. It's in the middle of the Salt Lake Shopping Center near subway and the nail salon. Lots of parking being that it's in the center of it all. This location is always clean and the machines are usually well maintained. The washers are front loading and have different size settings. Price depends on the water temp, type of wash cycle and how soiled your load is. The dryers are $.25 for 3 minutes. They're fairly hot and do a good job. I can usually dry a standard load in 12-18 minutes depending on the type of clothes. There are about 4 different seating areas that can be utilized to past time and complete the folding process. This is a plus because there are a few laundromats that lack space. Especially when you have multiple loads and have a cramped area, not fun. The laundromat is air conditioned so that's a huge plus. No better way to do laundry then staying cool while doing it. They have a bulletin board at the front of the store where they post business cards and ads. That's pretty cool. If you have a service you would like to offer, get with the owners and see if you can post here. They also have a survey on a site. I didn't pay attention to which one. They usually post the good results and thank the patrons for their support. The good thing about this place is that they serve with ALOHA. It goes a long way especially in this day and age. read more

Decent place but very few washers and dryers so later in the day seems less busy. There is one table I saw to fold so most just fold on the carts. Wash is $3.25 and dryers are a quarter for 3 minutes. The washers are clean and dryers dry pretty fast for the money. The people are so wonderful. I was feeling so ill that I accidentally left a load of clothes in a dryer. They took it out (which I agree is correct since it is my fault) and left it in a bag on the side when I called about it. I came here when I was desperate for clean clothes after my washer at home broke and we hadn't replaced it yet. The place is relatively clean but it was crowded, both the coin machines in the back were out of service, and whoever was working there went on break with a "back in 30" sign that had no time stamp on it. We had no idea when they would be back, we didn't have $9 in coins (who does?), and the bank was closed so we stood there for about 15 minutes and just left when nobody came back to the store to help us. If you want a better laundromat, drive to Manoa marketplace where they accept bills and credit cards. read more

I have been coming here for a year or more. An effort has been made to have new machines and dryers ,however half the washing machines are out of service. A sign for several months looking for a service tech has been posted. However the rate of pay offered is sub par. The owner, I would think, could effect some minimal repair himself or thru a repair service, however that would require the owner to invest. Something he seems unwilling to do. read more

I haven't been here since the new ownership. Everything looks clean too me. Some washers look new. They are open 24 hours now. I came in when the owners were cleaning and had intended to speak but they just kept cleaning and didn't look up. I did notice some cameras around so I'm sure they are watching. Over the past five years I've been going mostly to Kapahulu Express but the owner there is very brass every time I go and I'll be updating my my post there shortly. Very small but very convenient. It took $8.75 for one of the large washing machines which took about 35 minutes, and then we dried in two separate machines for about 3.50 each which got us 40 minutes on both. If you forget detergent they have a vending machine on the wall with powder detergent for $1 each. Make sure you get more than one thing of detergent though as the quantities are very very small. They also have a coin machine in the back that was helpful. It takes 1s 5s and 10s not sure about 20s. What I loved is that it is attached to a plaza that has everything you could possibly need. They feature 10 commercial grade front load washers (4 small, 2 medium, 2 large, 2 XL - an XL washer can wash up to 4 loads) Upon arriving, my wife and I were greeted by Ozzy, really friendly and awesome guy. This is not your normal laundromat where you have to figure everything out yourself. Ozzy was constantly checking on everyone, making sure they felt welcomed and answered any questions that they may have. He even help make suggests on which washer to use, based upon our laundry load. (We've haven't been to a laundromat in years) The place A/C, so it's cool, and is very clean and well-kept. We drove from Aiea to check out this place, and we would be more than glad to come back here again. As for pricing, it depends on which washer and settings your choose. We used the XL washer, which cost us $8.25 using Normal and Warm Water settings to wash. This washed our four large loads of clothes, since we went camping for a week and our washer is too small to wash that many loads. To dry, it's 25¢/3min. Although their dryers can fit four large loads, I suggest separating them so that your clothes will dry properly. **Side note: they are able to wash, dry, and fold your clothes for you at $1.08/lbs. 5-Stars based on cleanliness and service. read more

i did laundry twice here with the business taken over by a new owner. i am very saddened that twice, the temperature in the laundry mat was warm. i thought it was me but other customers noticed too. First of all, I normally do laundry at home but the washer is broken. So I looked on Yelp and after seeing all the reviews I decided to try this place. I'm so glad I did. The lady, who I'm guessing must be the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. I had my fussy toddler with me and wore her in my baby wrap majority of the time. After putting all my clean and folded laundry in my own basket, I used their cart to roll my basket towards the front. The owner went out of her way to open the door for me and even asked where I parked so she could help me put my laundry in the car and return the rolling cart for me. This was so unexpected but I really appreciated all her help. Now that's what I call above and beyond customer service! Everyone who used the laundromat this morning was courteous and polite. The morning hours weren't so busy but I noticed it starting to pick up as I left, around 11-ish. Take note that I came here on a Friday morning. I loved that this place is air conditioned so I wasn't drenched in sweat by the time I was done with my laundry. I like the little play area in the back where my toddler was willing to play a little while I folded. In the back there are also two sinks and a change machine that changes $1, $5, $10 & $20 bills. In the front they have a detergent, softener and bleach dispenser for those who need them. Different sized washers are available and enough dryers to go around. Everything is coin operated. I highly recommend this place and don't mind returning! I live about 15 minutes away from here and, because of my experience today, consider it worth the drive. read more

Legit life saver! My boss had an event to attend the next day and he needed to get his suit dry-cleaned, he mentioned that he went to multiple places and they would not be able to get his suit ready before 5pm the earliest. His event was at 5:30pm and in Waikiki so we needed to get his suit in pronto! Luckily the yelp app was in my favor and this place popped up and wow 5-stars! Are you kidding me? Why not try this place out, I've never seen a Laundromat rated that high. So I called the place and Georgine anserwed and she was very friendly, I inquired about the dry-cleaning and the time frame for me to get it. She said usually takes 2 days for their dry-cleaning service since they outsource it. Yeah she could tell from my voice that I was in need of some help, so she asked when I needed it and what items needed to be dry-cleaned. She offered to do a rush service and it was $2/ a piece for rush (I would have paid $5 -$10, so I was surprised on how affordable it was). She told me that the earliest I could pick it up was at 3pm, and our office is about less than 5 minutes away so that was so convenient. About 10 minutes after I get here and looked for Georgine, they have a office in the back if no one is in the front office. She was really nice and very friendly for being the owner. What really stood out was the fact that they had an area for lost IDs, membership cards and etc. and they had an forgotten/lost ID in the office placed on the clear window (names were not shown, covered with post-its). I just thought that was very ethical because not a lot of places care about customers and the valuables they loose, even if it was a school ID. This place is very clean, family oriented (small kiddie area w/ toys, business cards for services) and they have A/C, really genius!! who in the heck would not want to wait in A/C, next time my dryer or washer breaks down I know this is the place to be. read more

I come here once a week. Facility is always neat and clean. There's a change machine towards the back so if you need change, they have you covered. $1, $5, $10, even $20... I wash my clothes at home and come here to dry them. A quarter gives you a 3 minute turn with the dryers. Usually just takes $2.50 to dry a load of clothes..ample parking and all within walking distance to shops and restaurants like safeway, longs and McDonalds. Grab u a bite to eat or do a little shopping g while you wait for your clothes to wash and dry. Best thing about this place? They have AC. Gatta love that!
