Just received our laundry back from Tama and highly recommend! Between all the beach activities and the heat, my husband was going through his clothes rapidly on our trip to Waikiki. Our hotel did not have laundry facilities so we sent our laundry off to Tama and it all came back clean, fresh, and neatly folded. I really appreciated how the underwear and socks were bagged separately. You can pick what detergent you want and they can accommodate for allergies. The turnaround time is defaulted to 48 hours, but I called and Brian was so friendly in changing our order to rush service along with explaining how pickup and drop off works. Got all our clothes back in 24 hours. We left our bag with the bell desk and did not have to wait around for the pick up/drop off. The online interface was extremely easy to use. Of course you are paying a premium above using a laundromat, but it is worth it while on vacation and for hassle-free service. read more

Because of crazy work, travel and unfortunate back to back illnesses we got super behind on our laundry. While the household recovered we for the first time used a laundry service and I'm so glad we decided to give Tama a try. Service is great and on time with up to moment tracking with pick up and delivery. I wish they had a self drop off option since times offered for my area were a bit inconvenient. Clothing was well cleaned, smelled wonderful, and perfectly folded. At this price point for us it is a bit of a luxury but such a lovely one I'm sure we will wind up using them again. read more

I'm on vacation for over two weeks and staying at the Wayfinder hotel. The hotel recommended Tama laundry since they do not have in-house laundry service here. I have very sensitive skin and allergies so I can only use hypoallergenic detergent that's unscented. I reached out to Tama to see if they offer hypoallergenic wash and fold service and they informed me that they certainly did. They also do pick up and drop offs within 24 hours. I spoke with Brian originally and he assured me that they can accommodate my sensitivities. Upon receiving my laundry back, I noticed that my laundry was scented heavily. I am very sensitive so this irritated my skin. I called Brian back and informed him of the situation and he apologized and offered to come pick up my laundry and have it redone as per my original request. I appreciated his effort to make things right. He also rushed this order for me and had my laundry picked up in the morning and delivered back by early evening. What was at first a disappointing experience turned into a great appreciation for them taking an initiative quickly to make it right. Quality was terrible. So disappointing. My evening dress HAD pleats in the bodice and they pressed it so there's no pleats in certain areas and now the bodice is misaligned and looks terrible. Very expensive designer gown. I'm hoping another dry cleaner can undo what Aloha did and fix it. read more

All clothes are folded and assorted by individuals if you have a multi person household. They charge by the pound. Our washer and dryer had broken down and at the moment we are selling our condo. My daughter suggested a laundry delivery service to me. In fact she found Tamas Laundry on google and surprised me by setting up a laundry service for my mom and I. I'm happy to say that I was beyond happy with their service! We had such a wonderful pleasant experience here. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They took excellent care of our clothes and even saved our camera from being washed! Some how it got mixed in with the laundry. Pick up was seamless. The clothes were ready the following day but we had switched hotels. This was not an issue and they delivered our clothes to our new hotel which was really amazing of them. We stayed at the laylow and had laundry done by Tama twice during our stay. Tama took care of pickup and drop off. When booking, there is an option box to put any details about the laundry and you're able to pick your detergent, softener, etc... I received our laundry folded very nicely after the wash. The price is very competitive and they give you options for the detergent, dryer sheet and softer. I was grateful that they used low heat dryers so I didn't have to worry about my clothes shrinking!
