We absolutely loved the wash and fold service here! As travelers, it was such a relief to find a place that made laundry completely stress-free. Pricing is very fair and well worth it. Just a heads up for anyone visiting -- there is an 11 lb minimum, so even if your load is lighter you'll pay the minimum price regardless, but honestly we didn't mind at all because the service was so worth it. They keep you updated the whole time -- you get a text when you drop off and another text when your laundry is done, so you never have to wonder or hang around waiting. We were able to drop off, go explore, and come back to perfectly washed and folded clothes. They also offer a delivery service which is so convenient if you don't want to come back at all! They also have self-service machines if you prefer to do it yourself, which is a great option to have. Open 7 days a week and they accept card, which makes everything even easier. We were staying close by at the Doubletree Hilton and needed to get some clean clothes for the family during our stay. Amanda helped me figure out how much I needed to get in quarters to wash/dry the couple loads I had. It is very pleasant inside. 7-11 is close to buy a drink or a snack while waiting for the laundry to finish. The music is nice and there is a real vibe inside. It cost about $5 per load to wash and roughly $3/4 to dry depending on what items you're trying to dry. I always travel with my own laundry sheets so I didn't have to purchase detergent or dryer sheets, but they seemed pretty reasonable. read more

Under New Management!! I just met the new owners, 2 super friendly local boys, Eric & Dennis. I chatted with them for a bit, you can tell they a pride in ownership and you are bound to bump into one of them because they both work there and are super service oriented. The guy with muscles is Dennis and chill surfer guy is Eric. They bought the business in October and have hired an all new friendly staff. Amanda is a pro Fluff & Folder, my clothes came out smelling better than they ever have and they were folded to perfection. If you have special wash/care instructions, just let her know and she will hook you up. I am visiting from Big Island and choose the Fluff & Fold option. I got a huge bag done for about $35. If you wanna save money, you can do self-service washer machines (quarters only but they have change machine on site). I felt the F&F was worth it because I went out grabbed lunch and a couple of beers and it was done in about 2.5 hours. Super convenient, they just texted me when my stuff was ready and I was back drinking Mai Tais before my buzz wore off. They were telling me about all the upgrades they were making and adding new services and extended hours. They now take credit cards and ApplePay for their F&F service and they told me about their new pick-up/delivery service too! Goto enalaundry.com to schedule a pick-up. I wish I would have known about this option because I could have just stayed at the hotel pool and let them pick it up and drop it off. Facilities are super clean and the machines look very well maintained. Under new management and place is looking way better than before. New owners are remodeling and place feels very welcoming. Rates are great and in an excellent location. Their wash and fold service is the fastest in town and they now take credit card. They did an excellent job and really take care of things. Self service is still coin operated though they have a change machine. Also open on Sundays now from 8am to 5pm! WiFi is also available. Would recommend for sure! read more

Thank god there is new ownership! The new owner is so nice and polite, the complete opposite of the previous grumpy lady. Tourists, don't do your laundry in your hotel. Cannot say enough amazing things about this place! I dropped off our laundry for wash and fold when they opened around 7am with Eric and he said that it should be done by noon and I got a text that it was ready at 8:57am! So fast and so nice and all of our clothes are clean and folded nicely and the text updates were so helpful. But it's close by and there was still daylight so we went! I'm so glad we did! The female attendant was super friendly and helpful! The male attendant was also super friendly and solicited feedback. As it was my first time there it was clean and inviting! He explained that it under NEW management and had made improvements! I would highly recommend! My experience was awful -- all because of how I was treated by one of the women working there--the Asian woman. She was extremely rude from the moment I interacted with her, and I've since seen other reviews saying the same thing. I came in with a large comforter and asked the other (very kind) non- Asian woman which machine I should use. She pointed me to the Asian woman, who immediately yelled, "It's $11, and you have to stay. I need to do it." The tone was so aggressive, it caught me off guard. Still, I gave her the benefit of the doubt-- maybe there was a language barrier. I placed the money on the table while she stood there silently, staring at papers next to it, not acknowledging me at all. I said, "Hello, what do I do now?" and again she snapped that she had to close the machine and I had to stay there -- very rude, very unnecessary. After the wash, I went to move the comforter to a lower dryer, and she suddenly yelled, "You can't use that one! Use the top one!" I asked why, and she just started shouting that she knows which machines work best and I needed to listen. I told her calmly, "I'm not yelling at you, please stop yelling at me," but she just kept escalating. At that point, I told her she was being rude and needed to learn how to speak to people. Then she told me I could leave if I didn't like it, so I asked for my money back for the dryer -- no response. She tells me she sends many customers across the street to the other laundromat. Think about it, if she's sending customers to another business are they the problem or is she? After, she just walked away toward the other non Asian worker folding clothes. Meanwhile, another customer walked in, and suddenly she's all fake smiles and sweetness, trying to act like she is as sweet as sugar. As I sat by the dryers, working on something on my phone, she randomly started recording me, loudly saying I was "asking about the bottom dryer." So I took out my phone and started recording too. She then agressively runs up to me waving a receipt, shouting about how great her reviews are on Yelp and bragging that she has a $100 order to prove how good her service is, and how it doesn't matter what I write. I suspect the only reason she has good reviews is from the other non Asian worker who seems very professional not from the nasty Asian woman. I had NO intention of leaving a review, but her behavior was so over-the-top and hostile that I felt obligated to say something. No one should be treated like this. This woman clearly has some anger issues and thinks she can bully customers without consequence. There are two other laundromats nearby. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead. read more

Warning: Stay away from this business. I had a deeply upsetting experience there today. When I arrived, I didn't realize the business only accepted cash, so I mentioned that I needed to check my car for money. Before I could even leave to grab it, the owner rudely rushed me. When I asked why she can't show little patience, she said things like, "Don't you see I have other jobs to do?" I returned with the money less than a minute later, only to be met with more hostility. She yelled at me to leave and even threw my blanket that already had detergent over at me as I was walking out. To make matters worse, she directed offensive comments at me about my ethnicity, which is completely unacceptable. Other customers there mentioned that this behavior is common, and I believe it's unfair for our community to endure this kind of treatment. Read other people's review on Yelp. Everyone deserves to feel respected when using local services. If you've had similar experiences here, I'd encourage you to speak up as well. No one should have to face such hostility, especially in their own neighborhood. read more

My king size comforter was in very good hands at Ena Laundry. Ena Laundry were the first to give me a quote on Yelp. They were also the cheapest. Their location was very easy to find and very convenient for me. Ena Laundry was newly renovated and very clean. Amanda greeted me first. She was very friendly and helpful. They take credit cards, which was great for me. My comforter was done in the time frame I wanted. When I picked it up, Eric the owner gave me a friendly greeting, but was also busy folding laundry for another customer. He did help check me out quickly. He was very nice and hardworking. We had about 20lbs and it came out to about $60. We dropped it off in the morning and picked up by 4pm.
