Found Mobile Drapery cleaners online, because I needed (39) fitting room drapes/curtains cleaned within a couple of days. I called Ian and he was able to take half of curtains so there was the other half so customers can use, I dropped off at 8:30am and it was ready in 2 hours, and I was able to install. The next day at 8:30am I dropped of the other half and by 10:00am it was ready to install on fitting rooms rods. Ian and team members are fast, on time, friendly service, the curtains/drapes came out cleaned and smelled freshly scented. If you read all of the other reviews . . . THEY ARE ALL TRUE! Ian got here before the scheduled time, removed our drapes himself, all within about 10 minutes. He returned in less than four hours and mounted the drapes in about 10 minutes. We've had these drapes since 2016 and with three cats who love to hide behind the drapes there was a lot of cat fuzz and cat oil stains. All clean now. Thanks Ian! The best cleaning experience ever! These guys are on top of it! We needed one set of drapes cleaned after being badly stained, and we needed it done within a day because they are blackout curtains and in a bedroom so we need light control to allow sleeping. Not only did they take the drapes down and put them back up (now spotless!) within the day but it was only about 2 hours from start to finish! On addition, they were extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. If you need your drapes cleaned, these guys are the only ones to go to on O'ahu! read more

He knew that our drapes are old AF and some stains were just not easily removed (previous home owners did not take care of the drapes) but the type of drapes we have are costly and replacing them is not in our budget. He came in at the time we had scheduled for; which only took one day for him to get back to me on scheduling, Quickly and efficiently removed the drapes without damaging any of our furniture that was blocking the drapes. Luckily we didn't even need to move our furniture. Took couple hours. Then he returned with our fresh smelling and cleaned drapes. He put them back up exactly in the correct places. Used this service a few months back and was SUPER happy. My son has dust allergies and we were told to have all of our drapes cleaned. These guys showed up right on time at 9 am with a crew of 4 really polite men who were in and out of my place in minutes. They were really careful with how they moved things and explained to me what they would be doing. The next day they came back, on time, and reinstalled the drapes in minutes. The drapes were old and had some mold on the bottoms but you could never tell. They made sure they showed me what damage was existing before they took them down which was really smart because I did not know there were so many holes in them. Ian from Mobile Drapery set up an appointment for his team to come to my apartment, pick up the drapes and return them later that afternoon. The team was on time, very professional, well mannered and worked well together. I spoke to one of the workers when they returned my drapes and told him I was so surprised that their prices were so reasonable and they came and picked up the drapes and returned them the same day.
