Will asked me questions throughout my salon session and ensured I was involved every step of the way, even making sure my part was how I liked it with gel. If you're looking for a haircut or other services please come here. My mother has also come to this location and she received the best haircut she's ever gotten. My many thanks to Will and the rest of the staff at Salon 21. I look forward to seeing them again (I already booked my appointment for 3 months out!) Stay Blessed!

When you arrive you fill out paperwork with a few questions and they take your temperature. Do not forget your mask because they are required. The salon is split into two zones and the stylists have assigned teams that they work certain days with so if there is a COVID incident the chance of spread is minimal. They are still not serving drinks but blow drys are back! Alysha is the best stylist. I've been going to her for my cuts and colors since she was a blossom. You really can't go wrong with any of the stylists here though. They do a mentor program for new stylists, receive training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques, they love where they work and are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend Blo. I also wanted to comment about what they did during the shutdown. They gave away free hair color to existing clients, there was a suggested donation of $20 (or more) and the proceeds went to No Kid Hungry NC. How amazing is that? One last thing, bring cash for the tip. They have an ATM if you forget (or you can just do venmo).

Let's begin at the beginning. I went in knowing I wanted them, a few months back. During the consultation it's obvious they know what they're doing and talking about. During this, options are provided, as well as the what would be best for me personally, and next steps. I felt excited and comfortable talking to Candice about my new hair journey! During this appointment, I scheduled my hair strand test, to ensure the color would work correctly on my hair. This took about 1.5 hours and occurred a few weeks later. Fast forward to last week, I was in the chair and ready for my extensions! I was at the salon for six hours as I chose to get my color and extensions on the same day. I was so pleased with the entire experience! The vibes in this place are happy, fun, positive - the team knows how to work hard and have fun while doing so! I just loved the energy! They offered me lunch, wine, and great conversation throughout the day. I was also able to connect to WiFi and work throughout a lot of the process, which was convenient. Let's not forget the Spotify playlists. The music here is amazing & I left with two new playlists. At the end of the transformation, they provide documentation letting you know how to wash, style, and take care of your extensions. They also take lovely pictures and videos of the new you (see below). When it comes to the price point, quality extensions aren't cheap, but they're so worth it, especially when you're dealing with the best place around! I am so thrilled at my new hair and I would highly recommend Garnish to anyone seeking hair transformations!
