The latte itself was decent and had a strong espresso flavor, but the mocha syrup was way too sweet for my taste. I think it would have been much better if it had been about half as sweet. The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

They had about 20 different flavors. There were waffles, cones and cups available. The menu also had floats, roots beers and shakes. One person was handing out the ice cream, and another person was at the register. The store was popular, as there was a line to get ice creams. We waited about 5 minutes for our turn. My daughter picked the cotton candy flavor. It was $7 for a scoop. The checkout process was quick. The ice cream tasted okay to me. It wasn't that creamy or dense. I had much better flavored cotton candy ice cream elsewhere.

Both were really good though my marionberry had a lot more taste and wasn't as sweet as the salted caramel. I'm not a salt and straw fan because I prefer the thicker textures that Molly moon has and prefer their monthly flavors too. It's less eccentric. I'm always looking forward to June for Blueberry Pie flavor. I will say, the take home pints taste worse than in-store. So I've stopped getting them and would just come inside. I do very much appreciate the service, no matter what time of day I come. And the tip-free policy just makes it so much more stress-free when an ice cream scoop is already $8 these days. Obviously we had to get the best of all worlds with the chocolates. One strawberry is somewhere between $4 to $5, sold by weight so it will fluctuate. Definitely a bit pricey for a single strawberry but it was delicious and a decent size. Strawberry was juicy, sweet but not overly so, and the chocolate was layered decently. Being one of the few spots with chocolate covered strawberries adds some bonus points.

There's one display case that showed nothing but chocolates. Like a See's candy store but without the employees wearing white shirts with black trimming. And it seems all the store on the block sell little things like magnets, carrying bags, pins, or stuffed items. There's a table inside but it's pushed into the corner, so if you're a little big don't be eyeing the chocolates. You can sit with you back facing against it ;p Overall four stars. It's a nice small store that sees plenty of foot traffic. Wish, I could give it five but (and through no fault of her own) service was slow. She was there covering the whole area and it got busy.
