Wine menu

What a fun little place! Stumbled across a post that was on Facebook and if I didn't, I wouldn't of known you were there. Had a glass of rose and my guest had a flight of reds. Both were great with the conversation from the Winetender. She was knowledgeable, friendly and unobtrusive. I look forward to sitting outside on a warm night to try out a few items on the menu. Acoustic live music for the cooler weather would be great in that space. Wink wink....

their wedding bar

I had been a customer of Salt & Bubbles as well as club member for awhile now and alway loved them. When I saw they did weddings I had to have them as our bar service and boy did they deliver! From the day we booked them Kayla was so helpful. She made sure she kept our budget in mind when we had our tasting as well as our individual tastes while also directing us to choose options away from our own taste to ensure all our guests has something they enjoyed. Not only did they provide superb service they also helped out clearing plates which I found out after the wedding and was well out of their scope of why we hired them.

Charcuterie

The owner is absolutely adorable and friendly. Answers all questions. Gives great suggestions. Lovely place to go for small plates and charcuterie. Kind of pricey but it's worth it.

Fingerling potatoes with raclette cheese. We ordered a specialty ham on the side.

This place opened up recently on College St. My husband first spotted it driving by one day and…read moremade a note for us to go check it out. I'm very glad we did. We were warmly greeted, and they inquired if we were there for a table/bar seating, or the retail shop. We sat at the bar, and there were other customers at tables enjoying a glass and engrossed in conversation. They offer a small snack menu, along with a selection of wines, and they have a good knowledge and will provide counsel on the options. We ordered the ricotta toast and the lonzo, a ham similar to prosciutto. Both were delicious! The lonzo comes with a drizzle of quality olive oil on top, and a sprinkle of salt, and a dab of mustard. The ricotta toast (no pic sorry) was also tasty. The space leans to industrial loft, but is warm and invites conversations and relaxation. The shop also has a retail space, and a monthly wine club subscription is an option. It is separated from the restaurant, but not a quirk of their shop, but archaic Vermont liquor laws. We decide to subscribe and picked up our first selections to take home.

Perfect in so many ways! Beautiful space, kind and knowledgable folks, amazing natural wines and…read morewell-designed small plates menu. We sat at the bar for glasses of wine with lots of treats: a bowl of yummy olives, fancy tinned fish, bresaola, mind-blowing new award-winning blue cheese from Jasper Hill (withersbrook) and a cherry, tomato, almond, burratini salad...all served with slices of excellent bread. Perfect accompaniments to each plate: lemon and garlic with the fish, cherry conserves with the cheese, etc... We'll be back again and again, with friends in tow.

Last night my boyfriend and I decided to try dining here after looking at the menu online and…read moreeverything sounded delicious! Inside is very cozy, dark, but enough light to be able to read the menus and still have a romantic feel to it. I got the zuppa di pesce, which was AMAZING. It was so good. My boyfriend got the rigatoni Bolognese. He raved over his meal as well! Our server Sarah was very attentive and knowledgeable and recommended that we paired a wine (forgetting which) with the meal. It was a great combination. This was our first experience here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for such lovely dining experience!

First time dining here. Heard the food was good, but expensive…read more The atmosphere and environment are really unique and intimate. The decor is flattering but simple. They serve complementary warm bread with garlic herb butter and it's delicious. The heirloom and burrata salad was the perfect starter, so fresh. I got the spaghetti with clams and it was one of the best I've had in New England. My mom got the special and really enjoyed it. We shared the grilled artichoke and were really surprised at how generous the portion was and how affordable the price was. Service was fine. Nothing noteworthy. Didn't get checked on very often, but maybe that's their style? Either way, really good experience. Would recommend and would go back.
