The pasta is locally made by Flour City Pasta and there are several flavors and styles to choose from. You basically choose your pasta, your sauce and any add-ons like mushrooms, meatballs, etc. I selected spinach and garlic linguine with Alfredo sauce. It wasn't green like spinach pasta I've had before, but the chef assured me it was indeed the spinach garlic pasta. The basic order comes with a container of your pasta already sauced, a nice portion of sauce on the side, 2 slices of bread ,butter, Parmesan and dried chili peppers as well. It was a nice size portion which will definitely be 2 meals for me. I also ordered an extra container of marinara and the mushrooms. Everything was excellent.

I called late afternoon same day for an early dinner reservation as I had a hankering for something good. They were able to accommodate so off I went. When I arrived I did not know what to expect, and I was pleasantly surprised by the large casual establishment. I was seated immediately by a very warm and friendly server, and given menus to look over. I was torn over so many starters that I decided to have them as a meal along with their well known pizza. I ordered the calamari fritti, the eggplant stack the Italian nachos and a wood fired Margherita pizza. While I waited, I was given some good bread as well as some tomato pie and it was all so tasty. The portions here are generous and I had to take a good amount home. No complaints here though as it was all delish. I can only imagine how good my leftovers will be next day.
