To say the least I'm a big fan of bold, spicy flavors, and this restaurant on wheels delivers just that. I opted for the buttered crawfish dish ($12) which came exactly as advertised! Peeled and buttered crawfish tails served over a warm bed of white rice. There was a heaping pile of crawfish and in my opinion plenty for two people to share. I loved the subtle heat and spices that build as you work your way through the dish. The crawfish were tender and NOT over-cooked! There is no culinary sin greater than making rubberized shrimp, lobster and crawfish. The best part (of course) is the little bit of warm liquified butter that collects at the bottom of the dish with the rice. Yum. Enjoy that for some well-deserved peace in your life.
