I attended the Pizza Contest featuring 5 V Pizza Chefs and 5 from other venues throughout Jax. Wow what an event! The ticket got you 20 slices of the chefs creations. Yep 20 slices of Pizza all to benefit V for Victory Foundation. There was music, a dunk tank and another by in contest for wing eating. If you have ever had V Pizza wings then you know! The 1st round of 10 chefs was their own creation 2nd round the pizza they created with 10 minute notice must incorporate PICKLES! Honestly I tapped at 12 slices Julep Bar was slinging some delicious cocktails. My 1st time at the Palm Valley location. Thanks for an awesome time!

I've been visiting V Pizza for a few years each time I visit Jax. I've been to a few locations and this location is great. They have a private lot, unlike the beach location. We were greeted when we arrived and since the kiosk was not working properly someone at the counter took our order. I've tried a few of their pizzas. The Flyin' Hawaiian is my all time favorite, but the picante is great as well. My son always gets a pepperoni which he loves. The Cryn' Hawaiian wings are absolutely amazing. I love that they have coke products so this always makes me happier. The lunch specials are a great deal. Definitely worth a visit for lunch. One thing that really sets this location apart is they offer pizza dough to so you can play/eat it (if so inclined) while you wait. My son loves playing with the dough. I know last year they changed the pizza dough to make it a little heartier, but personally I liked the original dough a little better. Overall it's a solid pizza restaurant with great unique offerings.

Arrived to a packed parking lot - seemed like this was a sign of a busy night. Two ppl at the Gelato station, neither greeted us; but the hostess arrived, said hello and seated us in a back corner booth. Definitely not busy inside ... perhaps most were in the bar or simply awaiting take-away orders. Eventually our server arrived - Lauren ... I am thinking perhaps being a server isn't a good career choice for her ... our first contact was an apology that it had been a long night and she was tired ... it was 6PM, but ok. She couldn't answer any of our questions; but after we finally looked up answers on the website & gave her an order - she had to come back - apologies again, she gave us wrong information on specials - what else would we like (umm, ok). Food runner tried to deliver to the wrong table ... attempted to get her attention, but she walked off with our plates. Our server intercepted her finally and brought food over to our table. We went specifically on a Monday night for the "burger" night -- and while the OG and the All-American tasted good; it wasn't great! Worth $17.50 each - probably not. The potato skins were cold (could have been all the handling?!) not even close to warm, no mustard available and ketchup arrived at the table after asking twice and burger was half eaten. Finally asked for dessert "to-go" -- took almost another 20 minutes & the check. While waiting ... my husband counted 7 persons - employees - simply standing around talking ... without alcohol sales ... V Pizza might have lost money on this Monday night. Not our first time here, and I am sure we'll return again ... perhaps not on a Monday or for burgers. We're huge supporters of V for Victory and have brought groups of friends to Jax Beach, St Augustine and Palm Valley in years past.

Receipt for owner to validate my visit and server. I tipped 20% even with the overall poor performance.

First visit Friday 10/17 5:30 pm. Parking is inadequate even for non-prime times, but you can follow vague signing to park across the street in a gated private school lot after 6? Overall ambiance and decor was as expected. Understaffed even for a 1/4 full restaurant on a Friday. Food was pretty good albeit slightly overpriced. Drink service was pathetically slow and sporadic even though everyone at table ordered drinks at the same time. Wine pours consistently ran 15-20 minutes. Took forever to finally get the check. Food isn't good enough to offset the overall poor experience. Will not be going back.

Out of this world! Wish it were close to my hometown. Excellent service at the bar - very knowledgeable, explained the fermentation of the pizza dough and the two ovens onsite for preferred pizza "outcome". Well done or "soupy" center for lack of a better word. But you get it! Very comfortable at the bar, not too dark and not too light. The end.

Came in on a Friday night for a pizza... they do a swift business here, the parking was packed! Their ordering system needs help, they have a single kiosk and one person manning a register and both were quite busy, so plan on waiting a bit to simply place an order. I tried their Piccante Pizza and it was quite tasty! The crust was slightly under cooked and there was heavy sauce on one side, but no sauce at all on about 3 slices, but the flavors and toppings were excellent and partially made up for those two issues. Service was rushed but fair. Overall, it's an interesting concept with an amazing menu, perhaps have the kitchen slow down a little and pay a little more attention to detail and the product will be great. I'd most definitely return!

Never again. Can't tell you where the pizza is. Says when you deal with a third party? I ordered the pizza from you. If you don't want to deliver and have any responsibility then don't. Shows not delivered - but delivered with ants.

Missed our favorite spot. Came back to visit and have some good food. Service always good and new dining experience awesome love the change. Quiet peaceful dinner

This was my first time here. It is very impressive. They have a wall of bourbon that's a few stories high and a ladder they use depending on what drink you order. Of course, when I saw there was an espresso martini. I had to order it. It was with a holiday twist of having peppermint! It was very good! I guess I was in the mood to try something new so I also ordered the Mac pizza which was pizza with mac & cheese. This isn't something I would normally be entice to try, but I'm happy I did because it was delicious. Even my husband enjoyed the leftovers. I would definitely visit here again.

Best food I have had since I moved here from CA! The Signature wings were amazing (baked not fried which I was unsure about but they were better than any wing. The outside was still crispy.) The pizza was amazing. Gray, the awesome bartender, suggested a crispy bottom which was absolutely the right choice! Ambiance was gorgeous... this is not just a typical pizza place, it is a destination.

Our server was super nice and attentive. I got a dirty martini and my husband got a beer. My dirty martini was made well and had blue cheese stuffed olives. We also ordered an appetizer, they're blue cheese chips, without chives. They came out super quick, I think maybe 2 minutes. For the price of their blue cheese chips, which is very reasonable, you get a TON, covered and smothered in blue cheese sauce and a balsamic drizzle. The chips were housemade saratoga chips and were crispy and delicious. For dinner I opted to order a Greek side salad and a loaded baked potato. The Greek salad was good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the red peppers in the salad. I'm not a huge red pepper fan or peppers in general. The baked potato was stuffed and delicious, full of bacon, sour cream, butter, and cheese. It was delicious and huge. ($8 for a baked potato is a bit high IMO). My husband got the plain jane, which he really liked and my kiddo got the kid's penne pasta with marinara and a club soda. He finished his meal and really liked it. We'll be back.

Good service of bread, moist and flavorful- worth the $9. We moved to the lobster bisque next, super rich and great flavor, service with a seasoned long cracker. Meals, the pork chop- tender, over melt in your mouth mashed potatoes with chopped apples and grapes on top- great flavor. We also had the salmon, with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, and goat cheese over a mushroom mixture, savory and great mix. We stopped here, at this location, late one night with some friends and it was so nice to find a place that served food and drinks later in the evening. Service was a little slow but in fairness there were only 3 or 4 front of house staff working that evening including the bartender. Now, this location has a slightly different menu than the one in Savannah but still has a few of their popular dishes such as the Treylor Park Nachos Grande, Cheesesteak Egg Rolls, PB&J Wings, and Treylor Park Pot Pie! I always order the Treylor Park Nachos... it's a massive tray of waffle fries plus a healthy amount of toppings such as pickles, fried chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese with chive ranch & balsamic gastrique. I mean it's a meal of WAFFLE FRIES with enough for myself, to share, and leftovers for when I get home from the drive there! LOL! The Treylor Park Pot Pie is really good too. It's basically chicken pot pie filling in a fried burrito with some pico de gallo on top. My friends ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes... which she loved and was a first for me. Verdict: I liked them.
