I'd just bought a new set of tires for my car from Costco, but they don't do wheel alignments…read more Looking on Yelp I saw Tire Outlet in Fullerton and all the positive reviews they have, so I decided to give them a try. I made an appointment online for 2:00pm on a Tuesday. When I got there, I learned that they were a bit backed up and it would take between 1.5 and 2 hours. I understand how things like that can happen, but I didn't want to wait that long so I asked when might be a better time, and they said at 8:00am I'd most likely be at the front of the line, so I arranged to be there the following morning. Sure enough, the alignment only took about 30 mins. Tony gave me a printout of the measurements before and after for my car so I could see exactly what had been done in terms of camber, caster, toe, etc. for each wheel. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole operation, thanks to Tony and Miguel for their helpful and friendly assistance. I'll be sure to check out Tire Outlet the next time I need new tires!

I reached out to eBay about the situation which they required a waiting period for refund which had passed with the exchange process happening. After being told the second wheel was shipped and asking for a tracking number several times, no wheel was shipped. I asked for a refund from them on March 23rd and was told a check would be mailed to me by Joanne via private message with eBay. The check never arrived and I called and spoke to Jasmine who stated they would Zelle me the money. I sent the Zelle info over and still have not received any refund.

Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

He took the time to explain the powder-coating process and helped me decide what I wanted before I scheduled my appointment for the following week. I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was already finished and ready for pickup by around 4 PM that same day! My wheels were originally satin black, and I wanted something that would stand out a little more against the color of my car. The new finish came out excellent and really makes the wheels pop. He also repaired the existing curb rash on the wheels, and you can't even tell it was there anymore. Great workmanship, quick turnaround, and an owner who takes pride in his work. I'm extremely happy with how the wheels turned out and would definitely recommend Baid Polish to anyone looking to refinish or powder coat their wheels. Would absolutely come back again!
