Wow! What a great first exprience we had with Ali. He was responsive, trustworthy and had fair pricing. Called him on a Sunday morning with an issue related to an unusual sound coming out of my engine area. He was at our home within an hour and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He sent me out to Autozone to get the parts we needed and while I was out, he noticed the front brake pads were worn shockingly thin. The biggest shout out to Chief Mobile Mechanic for helping me through my recent car stress! I had a hose pop off in my engine out of nowhere and we had one mechanic look at it and simply reattach, while not mentioning anything else being an issue. The very next day, the hose popped off again Safe to say I was very stressed and having this happen in the middle of the week with work was not ideal. Luckily, we called right as they opened and they were able to come to our location within the hour. I was worried being in an apartment complex would make it difficult to service, but our mechanic was able to set up easily and pointed out that it was actually the radiator that needed to be replaced - which was never addressed by my first fix. He as great with the inspection as seller was trying to hide vehicle was in an unreported accident and hidden from car fax. He noticed some things I would have missed and made me avoid a lot of headache from seller who lied. Did good work on changing my valve cover gasket and fixed my issue of oil in spark plugs. Also advised I put additive in oil and pumped out oil so I could add additive. Would recommend again. Up front charge on labor. You must buy parts but I prefer it that way. read more
